Fiona clutched onto her school bag as she ran through the courtyard. She was extremely late to school as her parents decided to have a last-minute meeting with a potential client about potential opportunities for Fiona's career.

Fiona ran up the stairs and made her way to homeroom when she saw an orange pendant on the ground. She picked it up and put it in her pocket before entering the classroom.

"Nice of you to finally join us today, Miss Lawrence."

All eyes fell onto Fiona as she headed towards the back of the classroom where her assigned seat was. She plopped down into her seat and quickly took out her materials before Felix leaned back and whispered.

"Your sweater is unzipped."

Fiona looked down her arms which were wrapped in a loosely grey sweater, revealing a black tank top underneath. She mouthed "thank you" as she embarrassedly zipped up her sweater and smiled. Fiona could've sworn she saw the tips of his mouth twitch before he turned his back towards me.

Did he just stop himself from smiling? Interesting.

As the rest of the class settled, Mrs.Bustier continued to teach her lesson about ethics. They were now all finishing our notes in silence when distressed students busted into the classroom.

"Lila! What happened?"

Mrs.Bustier rushed to comfort the crying girl as she walked towards her. Principal Damocles soon entered the room, nearly fainting as he tried to catch up with the girl.

"My necklace went missing out of my bag before class!"

She wailed as she buried herself into Mrs.Bustier's arm. The class erupted in conversation, all wondering what had happened. But before Mr.Damocles could speak, Lila pointed her finger and Marinette and cried.

"Marinette stole it!"

The entire class went silent after and all eyes fell onto Marinette. Marinette looked around, clenching her fists underneath the table before sitting up and yelling.

"That's not true! I never stole anything!"

Marinette was angry, she was furious about the accusation. Lila smirked as she turned her direction towards Marinette and continued to cry as soon they met eyes.

"Now this is a serious accusation, Lila. Are you sure you right about this?"

Mr.Damocles set his hand on her shoulder, overlooking the students in front of him. Lila nodded before Marinette scoffed loudly.

"She's lying! I would never steal from Lila or from anyone!"

Fiona remained her eyes on Marinette and frowned at the girl. The truth was she didn't know Lila all that well, she always thought she was kinda "extra" with all of her stories and experiences. Like to Fiona, it all seemed too good to be true. But Fiona knew they've been both feudings since they met, and Marinette doesn't seem like the type to steal out of spite.

"Yeah, with all due respect sir Marinette isn't the type to steal. What if Lila just dropped it?"

Fiona raised her hand as she nervously stood up in front of her desk. Marinette looked back at her and smiled in relief as Fiona nodded.

"Yeah, Marinette has no reason to steal"

Adrien chimed in, standing over his desk. The rest of the class remained silent in their judgment, it was obvious they all believed Lila.

"Sir. She's always accusing me of lying and ever since I got here Marinette's been nothing but mean to me. All I ever wanted was to be her friend."
