Chapter Four

The day is getting boring and the team had gone on a mission I was supposed to call Peter to tell him about Tony meeting with him about his new suit, and they happened to give me their paperwork to look over from the last mission, and honestly, it was better than nothing, I sat in my room most of the day getting Friday to check up on Loki, I remembered last night, how I clung to him after my nightmare and he held me back. I blushed and leaned back, god how embarrassing, my throat strained as I gulped.

I made my way to the lounge to sit for now while I sat on the phone waiting for peter to answer. I heard the elevator door open, I watched as Loki walked past the couch and he moved into a sit. I held up my finger when peter finally answered.

"Hello?"

"Hey there peter, it's me, Y/N Maximoff, an avenger."

"Oh yeah you're the cool one that fixed my plant," he said and I smiled.

"Yes, you have a meeting today with tony, so you'll come at 5, he should be back by then, if not you can wander the tower," I said and I heard him gasp.

"Your right! I almost forgot!" he yelled and I said goodbye before hanging up.

"We need to talk," he whispered and I raised my eyebrows. "Let's say a trade?

"A trade for?" I asked and he hummed.

"Powers."

What?" I furrowed my eyebrows.

"Or rather, sorry, we tell each other our powers," he said. "You'll tell me one, I'll tell you one," he said and I looked at him.

"Why? so you can make me use mine?" I asked and he shook his head.

"Cause I'm genuinely curious," he said and he hummed. "I'll start. Illusions," he said and I hummed. "I can teleport," he said and I hummed

"Electricity absorption." I smiled as we now faced each other just stating our powers.

"Telekineses," Loki said.

"Healing," I said.

"Possession," he said and I gasped.

"Ew, you can possess people? um, I have Ice powers."

"I can Transfer my powers," he said and I was so fascinated, that I scooted closer and leaned onto the couch, he looked pleased with my interested expression.

"I can concentrate energy," I said and he scooted closer now, we were talking like kids talking about toys.

"I'm disease immune, and just, in general, have immunity," he said and I hummed.

"Technically I can manipulate gravity, but I don't have control over that," I said

"Invisibility,"

"The weather, like making it rain around me, but I can only do in a concentrated place," I said

"I'm super strong and bulletproof."

"We should test that. I have extreme knowledge of combat."

"As do I, I can shapeshift, summon objects, and summon force fields," he said and I sighed.

"I only have one more because you know I can control the basic elements too," I said and he nodded,

"Me too. Same time?"

"Yeah."

"Telepathy," we said in unison and we both stared.

"Oh my gosh, what if we can talk to each other through our thoughts?!" I giggled. "I don't use my telepathy much, but I would talk to you if needed, as long as you don't read anything else," I said.
