Y/N's POV

Jimmy and I stand up as we leave the place getting on his car and driving off to the forest, the road is empty and it is raining, very fitting for the moment if you could say so. The drive is quiet and the only thing you can hear is the raindrops as they fall on the car.

Once Jimmy parks the car outside the forest we quickly get out of it and rush entering within the empty woods, "Has she moved?" Jimmy asks me and I shake my head, "She has been in the same location for about 5 minutes now, I'm starting to worry" I tell Jimmy as I start jogging,

"It's fine we'll get there in time," he says as we both jog faster following the red dot on my phone which seems to be in a straight path close to us, that is until the dot disappears. I look at my phone freaking out as I continuously tap it, "It's gone!" I shout at Jimmy, "The tracker is gone!" I say, he looks at me worried and I make a run continuing to go straight until I see Bianca's body laying on the floor,

"No, no, no!" I shout kneeling next to the body as I turn it, "Y/N..." Bianca softly says, "I-I don't want to die" I pull her closer bitting my tongue making sure I don't start crying in front of her, "Hey, it's going to be okay," I say hugging her, "Look at the sky, a rainbow is appearing," I say trying to get her mind away from what's about to come,

I wait to hear her response but it never comes, I move away from the hug to find Bianca's eyes open yet no life to be seen in them, I go to look for her pulse but I'm met by none, I shut my eyes as I hug her again, tears falling down my cheeks,

"What happened?" I hear Jimmy ask from behind, "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry..." I say to Bianca as I start breaking down at the realization she's gone, "I promised you wouldn't die, I couldn't keep my promise. I'm so sorry" I hug her closer, guilt consuming me,

I shouldn't have let her go with them, I should have made her stay, she didn't want to die, but I failed her.

"Oh no," Jimmy says and he walks closer to me, I carefully lay Bianca back on the floor and closed her eyes, taking off my jacket and placing it on top of her, I wipe my tears away and stand up, "Hey, are you okay?" Jimmy asks me as he places his hand on my shoulder,

"We have to find the sheriff and the other man. I know they did this" I say turning around to look at Jimmy, "They have to be close" I tell him and he looks at me confused and concerned, "Y/N are you sure you are okay?", "No, not really, but we need to solve this case," I tell him and he gives me a sympathetic smile as he pulls me in for a hug,

"You two are clever for some humans" we both turn around and see the sheriff standing in front of us, "You! You killed her!" I shout at him as I go to hit him but I'm stopped by Jimmy, "She knew too much, it didn't benefit us anymore" he says with a shrug as if killing an innocent girl isn't something horrible,

"You are a monster! Why would you take them?" I ask, "We needed them, and luckily as expected they led you to us", "What do you want?" Jimmy asks coldly, a tone of voice I had never heard him use, "We have a deal that will interest you"

"And what exactly is it?" I ask curious about what it is, "Our planet and race has been watching humans for thousands of years now, and we have wanted some answers on unsolved mysteries", "What does that have to do with us?" Jimmy asks and the man laughs, "We want answers, and you two are some of the best agents we have seen, we want you two to solve those cases, if you do we won't invade and threatened the Earth, if you decline we will be obligated to act"

I turn to look at Jimmy confused, and he looks at me worried, "Are these cases recent?" Jimmy asks and the man shakes his head taking an object out of his pocket as a hologram appears and starts showing some newspapers and case files, "They all expand through history," I spot famous cases like 'Jack the Riper' and the 'Assassination of JFK' in the files, "These cases have never been able to be answered, there isn't enough information" I explain to him,
