Prologue

*The twins*

Moirai, a word that means destiny. Destiny comes in so many ways, some people have their destiny way before they are born. Some find their destiny right after being born, some fight for it, some find it after a long wait and sadly some never find their destiny throughout their entire life. In Felstead kingdom destiny wasn't an issue it just depends on the last name you hold. For example the Greenes, they are the strongest witches all around Felstead kingdom and their destiny is to protect and serve the royals from generation to generation.

Then there are the Felsteads, the royal family of Felstead kingdom loved and respected by everyone. The Felsteads got into power in the eighteen thousands after wining a war against the monsters that had tried to destroy their world. The creatures were called banes, they were black red eyed creatures that mostly took on wolf shape. Banes almost destroyed the kingdom of Alval 'it was Alval by the time' until Julian Felstead, the lead warrior fought a battle that led to their victory. He made the kingdom safe again and this led to king Alval getting over thrown for his incompetence to lead his kingdom to victory. The Felsteads were put in power, the kingdom moved from being called Alval to Felstead.

Generations and generations have become king and the blood line has been going on for centuries. Their destiny was set as every first born male was to become king and continue the blood line, the women in the family also had their destiny and that was to strengthen their kingdom by getting married off to powerful men. Every Felstead had a destiny prepared out for them, everything was easy until today.

The queen of Felstead, Hattie is supposed to give birth to her third child. Everyone is hoping it would be a boy this time. She has been birthing girls and the kingdom needs a heir to take over the throne after king Elude, the entire kingdom has been up and down, praying to the gods for their queen's safety during this time. The castle is chaotic waiting outside for news, the queen has been in the room with a midwife and her valet for hours now but they haven't been given any news about a child.

Inside the room, the queen gave one strong push with a yell as Della her valet that has been around through all of her births is helping by holding her hand "The head is out, one more push" Ismene the midwife said when the child's head came out "My lady one more push and we will be done" Hattie held Della's hand, she has to do this and meet her child, she is hoping it is a boy this time, she doesn't want to endure more pain only to birth a girl. Hattie pushed one more time and the baby was out as she laid back down, she was exhausted and tired ready to fall back and sleep but she needs to find out the gender, she can't give her husband the king another daughter, they need a boy "It's a boy my lady"

Hattie sighed with a smile on her lips with her arms up wanting to hold her blessing. After a long run she has finally got a son and this is going to make the entire kingdom and the king so happy, she has finally been blessed with a boy "My son" Hattie mumbled looking at her precious one when sudden pain attacked her once. Hattie cried out pushing as Della took the child from her arms resting him into his crib before running over to Hattie "What is going on?" Hattie asked in so much pain, she usually never get any pain after pushing her children.

"My lady" Ismene got out of Hattie's legs staring at her queen not knowing how she is going to give out the news, this will be a bomb to her and the entire kingdom

"Ismene what is happening?" Della asked after a long wait for Ismene to utter what she has to say. The look on her face scared the two ladies.

"You have another child" Ismene said finally, the queen is going to birth two children at the same time. She had two children all along, Hattie shook her head no staring at her stomach then back to Ismene when the pain attacked her again and she cried out pushing "We need to get it out?" Ismene said getting back in Hattie's legs, even if this is a shock they have to think about the queen's life.
