Elmer didn't know what had just happened back then, he woke up in the morning and was invited to have breakfast with the royals. Elmer has had those kind of encounters before where he has gotten invited to meals with the royals but in those time he is invited by Ernest or Bert, not this time though. The queen herself had invited him personally to join breakfast, all the nobles were around, the king was on the table, Elmer felt stiff, he didn't want any attention on him but that wasn't accomplished because lady Mavis sat next to him and she kept on asking questions.

That would have been fine, Elmer was okay with having small talk with her but not when the queen started asking questions getting the entire table's attention onto him, she was asking about the party, did he enjoy, he looked great. Elmer felt the honey feeling in Hattie's voice before but not in that moment. She had a tonr to her that showed something else, Elmer couldn't quiet comprehend what she was on about but the time didn't sit well with Elmer that he wanted to disappear immediately.

When dinner was over the queen called him aside and starting telling him how he is such a nice boy. The smile on her face was too fake, the constant tapping on his shoulder felt harsh like she is trying to hint onto something, Elmer figured that she might be nervous about what he heard last night and that is why she was acting like that, she didn't have to be nervous about anything because Elmer wasn't going to tell anyone about that. Ernest is a great man and Elmer wouldn't want to destroy him like that

Elmer got pulled from the hall way right outside in the garden by his aunt "What were you doing at the royal table?"

"I was invited by the queen"

"I want you to stay as far from her as possible do you understand" Elmer nodded, he was planning on it because of how crept out he felt when he was talking to the queen earlier "Elmer stay away" She walked away after making herself more clear. Elmer had a question though, what if the queen calls him what does he have to say 'No' that will lead to his head getting chopped off. He would want to stay away but there are people who are impossible to stay away from.

Elmer walked into the garden sliding on his gloves before getting to work everything running through his head. The big secret about the queen, Bert being in love with him then this morning. Everything is just so messed up. Elmer walked getting the fertilizers when he heard two servants talking "You didn't hear, they are searching the entire castle"

"For what?"

"Someone stole an expensive bracelet...." Elmer walked away before he could hear more, he doesn't want to get anywhere near anything else. Eavesdropping made him hear staff he didn't want to hear and now this is about something that was stolen, after the experience he got Elmer would like to be as far away from that as possible. Elmer went back to his work, some nobles passed through the garden. Elmer had to attend to them as good as he can, doing something he loves the most.

Elmer was still working when his eyes landed on Bert who was making his way to him. Elmer fixed himself, he doesn't know why he was fixing himself when he was already dirty but he was for some reason. He wanted to look hot like how Bert said it "Hey" Bert smiled "You have something..... here" he pulled out something from my hair "How are you?"

"Good, training?" Bert looks worked out, he nodded folding his hands above his chest "How was that?"

"As always horrible" Elmer chuckled to himself when Ernest and two guards made their way towards them. Elmer immediately got a bad feeling in the pits of his stomach, there was just something wrong with their faces "Prince, what is with the guards?" Bert asked.

"Am sorry but...." By the face Ernest was giving Elmer he knew this was bad news that he took off his gloves, his hands shaking dreading for what he is to hear "Someone stole lady Mavis' expensive bracelet and when we started searching it was in....your room"

"What?" Bert asked glancing at Elmer who was scared to even say anything at all "That is impossible, Ernest he couldn't"

"I know but it was in his room"

"He didn't do it" Bert defended moving over to Elmer "Do you have any idea how it got into your staff" Elmer shrugged shaking his head no, he is just disappointed. The last time would be a misunderstanding but this time this clearly shows he was being framed and the only enemy he got is the queen. Elmer would guess that she wants him out of the way for knowing such a secret. Elmer just can't believe he is in this situation again just a few weeks after getting out of it, after believing that is is all fine.

"Am sorry" Ernest said telling the guards to arrest him, Elmer didn't fight or try to say anything as he was walked out of the garden with Bert by his side. Unlike the last time where Elmer was walked down the empty halls this time the halls were filled with people that were watching him getting escorted by the guards. Their looks weren't judging him or staring at him with disgust since they were proved wrong the last time though it was another story for the guests who didn't know Elmer's last accusation.

Elmer kept his head down until he was taken into his cell without saying anything else. If his feeling is right and the queen is the one that planned this then he has no way of being saved from this at all "Elmer talk to me" Bert pleaded holding the cell bars, he needs to know what Elmer is thinking "Elmer you need to prove they are wrong again before this gets to far"

"Like anyone is going to believe me" Elmer knows no one will believe him just like last time. No one listened to him until Ernest came in, no one believes a low life like him. They found the bracelet in his room, how is he going to start explaining that if he doesn't know how it got there himself, he is screwed this time.

"I do" Bert replied, he does and he knows that many people here would believe him if he stopped acting like he was guilty already "I will go ask around and find out what happened okay, this isn't the end" Bert wasn't losing hope in this, he knows something is wrong and that this is just another misunderstanding as the last one but the worst part is that this time Elmer is acting like he is guilt or he is hiding something he didn't want to tell Bert. Bert wasn't letting this happen again, he needed to help Elmer get out of this "I know this is so much but don't lose hope, everything will be cleared up soon"

Elmer nodded but didn't add anything to that, Bert climbed up the stairs. He knows that this can be exhausting being blamed for the second time again, Elmer has to be sick and tired of always being on that side and Bert understands that but Elmer shouldn't be giving up like that. Bert passed through the now organized castle, no one is talking about it yet, like the last time. This time many seem to believe Elmer's innocence which is great even though Elmer himself isn't believing it himself "Ernest" Bert called when he met Ernest with Rylee "Can we talk alone"

"See you soon" Ernest pecked Ryker's cheek "I know what you want to talk about and trust me I am doing whatever I can do to show everyone that this is a mistake and if this had happened to one of the royals here it would have been easy to take away but it was lady Mavis', she isn't from our kingdom, she will need justice we had to arrest someone"

"Why aren't you looking for the real culprit, we both know this isn't Elmer's fault. Someone is flaming him for this" That bracelet couldn't just get into his staff just like that, someone had to put it there and that person had to know that Elmer had danced with Lady Mavis the night before for them to know who to flame for this

"We are but for now he is the only suspect we have"

"Then we need to find the real one"
