10k reads special: Butterfly Garden

Y/n pov:
It was a beautiful day and the sky was clear. Tadashi had asked if he could take me out into the town to the butterfly garden.

It was a new place that both of us had never been to before so it was the perfect place to go on such a nice day!
So I got myself showered, dressed and ready just in time for the doorbell to ring.

"Good morning Y/n!" He smiled lovingly at me.

"Good morning Tadashi!" I grabbed my bag, locked the door and we headed out hand in hand.

Tadashi pov:

It was a rather long journey to our destination so it was inevitable that one of us would fall asleep on the lengthy train journey. Today it was y/n who fell asleep.

She was lay peacefully with her head resting on my shoulder. I tucked a stray strand of her hair behind her ear. She looked so calm and peaceful, i made sure to stay perfectly still as not to wake her but i knew that eventually the train would arrive and we'd have to get off.

Time skip~~

The train came to a hault and i could see the station from out of the window next to me. Y/n was still sleeping so i tried to speedily think of how to wake her up... but then the doors started closing. I grabbed our bags and flung them on my back as fast as i could, i didn't stop at all, i picked her up bridal style and ran off the train with her lay in my arms.

We got out just in time.

Just up the street from the station was a nice bench so i sat Y/n down on it and caught my breath. I looked over at her sleeping form and sighed to myself, now i had to work out how on earth to wake her up.

I tried tapping her shoulder, shaking her and poking her face but still no luck. So i tried something different and just hoped that it would work.

"Y/N! Y/N! HELP ME SOMEONE IS TRYING TO STEAL HINATA!!" This statement was obviously untrue but i had to try something.

She bolted up onto her feet immidiately and struck a fighting stance looking all around for the small red-head who wasn't acctually there.

"Who dares to try and take away Karasuno's ball of sunshine?" Honestly i couldn't stop myself from laughing but she looked so confused. I told what had happened before grabbing her hand and heading to the butterfly garden.

Y/n pov:

We entered the building still hand in hand and payed, we were allowed in and i was so excited that i ran to the first room taking an unsuspecting Tada-chan with me.

In the first room were beautiful white butterflies that flew around the room ever so gracefully until they landed on colourful flowers and stayed there for a while. I couldn't believe it.

We walked on and in the next room were black butterflies that flew all around us, it was breathtaking. What a unique experience!

We walked on through the many rooms and saw butterflies of all colours, shapes, sizes and species from several different countries.

We finally reached the last room.

It was a huge room filled with beautiful flowers and plants that added to the amazement. But the prettiest butterflies suddenly appeared and flew freely around over our heads. Some were black with a bluish-purple colour on the inside of the wings and white spots but some were brown and black with white and yellow spots these were undoubtebly Sasakia charonda.

Tadashi and i stayed in that room the longest transfixed by the scene playing out before our very eyes. But eventualy it was time to leave; i ran to the gift shop and picked out a keyring with a picture of the Sasakia charonda on it and bought it to the till. I payed for the item and left the gift shop. As soon as i did i saw Tadashi looking for me.

"Y/n! Where were you?" he looked worried
"Sorry for running off like that, i hope i didn't worry you too much but i got you this."

I handed him the gift and he smiled that beautiful smile of his. I lightly pecked his cheek and he blushed.

"Thank you Tada-chan!"
