Chapter 18: Unexpected visitor

Hinata pov:

I was stood in y/n's room the hospital after we got the news that she was finally awake. We all talked for a while and I noticed that Yamaguchi seemed a lot happier now that y/n had woken up.

He was quite upset when she was in hospital, he said that he was angry at himself and that he should have waited for a little longer. He'd been crying a lot more than usual recently and everyone noticed.

In the room the entire team crowded around the bed and tried not to bump into each other or break anything.

All of a sudden the door opened and everyone turned their heads to see who had entered.

What?!?!

Yamaguchi pov:

I was sat by y/n's bed listening to Nishinoya tell us about how he found his lost sock in the washing machine, there wasn't really much to talk about but no one wanted to leave. So we told stories instead.

All of a sudden we noticed that the door had very slowly opened revealing a tall figure with a shopping bag.

"Yo ho!"

I didn't have time to work out who it was before y/n said something that shocked the entire team.

"Nii-San?"

We all stared at the figure before the bedridden girl spoke up again.

"Tooru? Nii-San, why are you here? And why do you have a shopping bag?"

"Y/n, I came to visit you in the hospital and I bought some stuff for you on the way, you should be thanking me!" He said pouting and passing her a box of Pocky.

Everyone else was very confused, including me and Coach Ukai. Why didn't she tell me this?

"YOUR BROTHER IS THE GREAT KING, OIKAWA!!!" I'm surprised that no ones eardrums burst after Hinata's sudden outburst, but I would probably be screaming too if I was him.

"Um yeah, unfortunately I am related to this annoying piece of trash." She said in an unimpressed tone while Oikawa cried in the corner about how he thought she loved him and how he's sorry that he didn't visit before.

I'm a bit confused about the fact that my best friend had been keeping secrets from me especially that she had never gone to school at Shiratorizawa, she actually went to Aoba Josai, hidden the fact that she was an Oikawa and that she was related to one of the most famous high school volleyball players in Japan. Did she tell me and I forgot?

How could she keep these from me when I told her everything. Why?
