Groaning Anya rolled over and saw a slip of white next to her head. It was a note from Steve apologising for being called out of a mission.

Frustration welled inside as she thought back on the day's plans. They were supposed to be going back to the apartment, as Peggy had bought the place to ensure that it was kept untouched, as a symbol for Captain America.

Sitting up, she realised that if Stevie had been called out on a mission, then chances were that the whole team had.

She was quick to get dressed and called out to the Tower's AI that according to her brother was new. "Friday who is in the tower?"

The automatic voice responded, "Just yourself Miss. Rogers. The team was called out to an issue to do with the Accords. Seems that the world doesn't completely agree with the compromises that the governments have been negotiating."

Anya huffed, of course the world wouldn't agree. Signing their free wills away was always a recipe for disaster. She still suspected that Hydra was somehow behind the accords, as there was no way any body of government would have been in their right minds when agreeing to it.

"When are they scheduled to be back?"

Friday didn't have an answer for that, instead a screen lowered against a wall in Anya's room. The mission report so far indicated that it could take a few days up to a week or so.

Growling in anger she stretched her body and slumped back down at the thought of being left alone in the tower by herself for a week or so until the mission was finished.

She would go crazy. She knew she could go visit Peggy but knowing that the woman was deteriorating made her uneasy to go visit.

She wondered if there was anything to do, when her phone started to ring.

Leaping to it she hoped it was Stevie ringing to tell her that they were coming home, but the I.D caused her to pause.

Why was Shuri ringing? The girl had promised her the chances of James waking up was low, so unless there was an issue in Wakanda, the girl had no other reason to call.

"Hello Shuri."

"Anya, you need to come back to Wakanda. There is a situation."

Anya sighed, "What is wrong?"

"Someone came here with the body of Klaus who has been wanted by Wakanda for many years. He claims to have killed the man, and what's worse is that he claims to be Wakandan, in fact he claims to be the son of my late Uncle, and that my father had killed him."

Anya ran around the room, racing to pack up her duffle bag, Shuri still on the line. "Don't do anything crazy. I am packing up my bag and I'll be there soon."

Shuri cried out, "The man Erik is demanding to challenge T'Challa for the throne. You need to be here like NOW!"

"Shuri, I will be there in seconds, you remember teleportation."

The girl sighed in relief; it was clear that she had indeed forgot about Anya's abilities.

Anya made quick work of cleaning and packing up the room, all she had left was to leave a note for Stevie, so her brother didn't freak out when he did come back. "Shuri I am going to hang up and will be there soon. Where do you want me to meet you?"

"The same waterfall that M'Baku had challenged T'Challa on. See you soon Anya."

The line went dead, and Anya groaned at the timing of it all. She had suspected that it was the end of things when she had gotten the news of King T'Chaka's death.
