TimeSkip: The Next Day
Kaoru's Pov: 

Hikaru was at practice again. He was telling the team, that I wouldn't be on it today. Toasty fell asleep beside me. I finished reading Don't Bully Me Nagatoro and I yawned. I didn't have anything to do so I just went on YouTube. 

I was watching some gaming videos. As the video I was watching was ending I looked at the other videos to see what to watch next. That's when I saw a particular video. It was dated back to way before I was born. The title was "Playing Fly Guys with the bf." On the thumbnail, I saw what looked like my mom and my dad. I clicked it and I watched it. I was so excited that I found Mom's old YouTube channel. I started at the beginning, where all the videos started. At the time Mom was in high school, and he usually just played Mine Craft and The Legend Of Zelda. 

As I looked at one of the videos, I saw a hickey on Mom's neck as he was playing. I snickered and looked through more videos. I then looked at one video. It was a live he made. When I finished watching it, I was shocked. Mom cheated on his boyfriend for Dad? Then had a miscarriage. 

I felt so confused, I put my laptop to the side. I went to go get me some breakfast and I grabbed a cookie. After eating the cookie, I ran into the bathroom to throw up. After throwing up, I fed Toasty and got some water. I sighed, seeing how anything, I was eat would just come right back up. 

I looked at the comments and saw a link to another video. Was this mom's old boyfriend. He explained in detail what happened. I couldn't help but call mom to this news.

"Hello?"

"Mom?!"

"What's wrong?"

"I found... your old YouTube."

"I told you to ignore it."

"I couldn't, but dad told me before that you had a miscarriage before you guys had me."

"Look, that part of my life wasn't my proudest okay?"

"It's not that embarrassing mom. Why didn't you show us?"

"Cause this conversation is awkward."

"It is... but it's so surprising. I can't imaging you being younger than like 25."

"Thanks?"

"Well, I have to get going... bye mom."

"Bye."

"I love you."

"I love you too son." 

I hung up and looked up Runaway by Aurora. I laid down and Toasty jumped on the bed. I fell asleep and Toasty fell asleep by my pillow. I woke up to shaking. I saw Hikaru and I sat up slowly. 

"Hey... how long have you've been sleep."

I looked at the time seeing it was 7 pm. I fell asleep around 4 so. 

"I don't know."

"Did you eat anything today."

"I tried to."

"You must be starving."

"I am. But I can't keep anything down."

"I got you some cereal."

"I don't wanna eat bland cereal."

"Alright, then I'll just make you some soup."

He picked me up and brought me to the couch. He fed Toasty, then took out his litter. 

"Hikaru... I had a dream."

"What was it about?"

"It was a weird... I watched my younger self play pirates with you." 

"You just watched?"

"Yeah. It was really weird."

"You're dreams are always weird."

"Yeah, but I don't dream that often, but I've been dreaming more, since I got pregnant."

"Really?"

"Yeah..."

"That's weird."

I brought me my soup and I started to eat some of it. I finished it without throwing up and Hikaru smiled.
