The story of the Devil's cup
There was once a girl name Serafina. She was beautiful, a charm. Every time a boy saw her they'd want her, but she didn't want any boy. No boy, until she met Dylan.
Dylan was a charming young man who did dancing lessons for young lady's. He instantly caught Serafina's eye, but he was the one man who didn't notice her.
His life had been going nowhere but downhill for years. His mother and father were poor, and they'd tried to get him married to another young women named Lily. Dylan and Lily had 5 days to get to know each other, and every second they spent together their love grew deeper.
When the day came, everyone was ready for the marriage - but on their way here, Lily's family's car ran into another, and Lily suffered fatal injures. She was in hospital for months, but eventually there was nothing more that the hospital could do.
Damien had been heartbroken, but his family was still poor. He'd always wanted to be a dancer, and he took it up as a job. He earned a fair amount, enough to keep his family going, but he'd never forgotten Lily, and never reacted to the women's flirting.
Serafina didn't flirt with him - that was wrong, she'd always thought, to try and force someone to love you. But she kept her eye on Dylan, and was never late for a single lesson.
Up in Sevrilina, the village of angels, one angel watched over her, keeping her safe, warm, happy. One day, however, the devil came up to Sevrilina and went to talk to the angel about Serafina.
The devil told the angel that Serafina had a heart of gold, and that he wished to take her for his own. He promised her riches to every degree, and happiness. The angel refused his offer, as she knew Serafina wouldn't want riches, if it meant leaving earth.
The devil flew into a rage, promising that he would take Serafina, whether the angel liked it or not. Then he went back down to Inferno, the village of fire, where the devil lived, the other village in the sky.
He considered how he could get Serafina, and eventually came up with a plan.
Meanwhile, Serafina was on earth, picking flowers with her friends. Suddenly, Dylan appeared.
"what beautiful flowers," Dylan smiled. "they smell wonderful."
Serafina smiled back. "where did you come from?" she asked, for she hadn't seen him approach.
"I was following you," Dylan sighed. "did you know that these flowers produce a nectar that can heal?"
He stared down at a cut she had earned earlier, when cooking the lunch for her little brother William. He produced a cup with the devil's face on the side, and squeezed the flower. A sweet juice came out.
"here," Dylan handed her the cup. "see for yourself," and she took it, foolishly, and drank.
It ran down through her body, but then it burned, and Dylan was changing... changing to the same face as was on the cup, and the body of evil itself.
"what have you done?" Serafina screamed at him, but he wasn't Dylan.
"I'm taking you to be my princess," The devil told her.

"the cup doesn't make the person love them - but it gives them ownership of the person, and the person feels an urge to do whatever the owner wants."
"I'm not going to do that!" I screamed at him. "that's sick!"
"the problem is, the only cure in every story is... to drink from the angel's cup."
"the ANGELS cup?" honestly, how many cups WERE there?
"when the devil took Serafina, she was obviously not happy. So... her angel created a cure. The devil never let her use it, but the angel's cup is a way to save the person. Amelie, we HAVE to find the angels cup,"
"Why do you even care so much, Damien? You have 2 and 3... go for one of them. Let Jamie have me, if that's what he really wants."
"but you're what I really want, too. Jamie is a bastard. He doesn't deserve what he really wants."
"and you do?" I glared at him.
"no," he looked away. "but neither does Jamie. Once we've done this, I'm going to set you go."
