Trust Him ( Part 2 )

"You might be debating if wether you should trust Erwin or not, but I guarantee you, you should Erwin has dreams that he wanted to achieve and that is to free humanity and he'll do everything just to make that dream come true, so trust him " you said as you both walk towards your horses

He just stayed quiet

"If you ever need someone to talk to, I'll always be available, Isabel told me to look after you after all" you said as you smiled gently

"Let's go?" You asked and he just nodded

Levi told you to meet him on the rooftop of the HQ, and you gladly did. But before you could even go there you met Erwin in the hallway

"What are you doing here Y/n? Go back to your quarters now" he said demanding but you just rolled your eyes

"Let me be Erwin, can't you see I'm mourning over two of my friends death?" You said as you shove him out of the way and he just sigh

You then got in the rooftop as you saw him there sitting alone, this feels unusual usually Isabel and Farlan will be with him, but now, he's alone

"Hey" you said as you sat down next to him

"I wanted to show you the letter as well...the one that Isabel gave" he said and you just look at him shock

"Um okay if you say so" you said as you smiled slightly

Levi then leaned in his head on your shoulder and you just let him there while you both read the letter

Dear Bro,
I'm glad you're alive, well I pretty much know you would most likely survive it! I'm sorry we needed to leave you this early. But don't worry though you won't be alone this time! You still have Y/n, you know the girl that I told you about, I promise you can trust her! Even Farlan agrees with me on this one! I hope you live a long life bro, don't be sad both me and Farlan will watch you from up here! I already told Y/n to watch over you before this happened and I know she wouldn't break her promise! Just trust her bro we assure you she's someone you can trust!

Levi then started crying again when both of you finished reading the letter, you rub his back as he hugged you tighter. You were crying as well though you only got to be friends with the both of them for a short period of time it didn't matter since they didn't feel like your friends, they felt more like your family

"If they trust you, then I will also trust you" Levi said in between sobs and you just smiled

"I promise, I will look out for you and will always be there for you no matter what"

Few Years Later...

Levi did believe in you, he trusted Erwin and followed his orders. Levi also became the captain and Erwin as the 13th commander and Hange as the Section Commander. Erwin offered you a higher rank but you only wanted to be Levi's Vice-Captain

In all those years, you've been Levi's bestfriend he trusted you with all of his heart. You've stayed with him through thick and thin making your bond with each other deepened. At first you only saw each other as friends but then it suddenly became love, and now you're lovers

You thought you wouldn't see Levi cried anymore, but then when your squad members died, he cried again and of course you're there by his side

And now you're hiding with him and with your new squad members, with now your life's on the line

You and your squad mates gather around forming a circle deep in the forest with a small campfire in front of you to protect you guys from the cold

You frowned when you saw Levi just standing up

"Levi, come sit here" you said as you tap the sit next to you

"It's filthy" He said and you just chuckled and put your handkerchief down on the ground

"Now it's not so come on" you said and he just nodded. Instead of sitting down he laid down and rested his head on your lap, he then interwined your hands together

The kids look at you with adoration, they've never seen their captain be sweet to anyone else but you

Your right hand then played with his hair as he closed his eyes relaxing in your touch

"Goodnight Love" you said as you kiss his forehead gently

After a few minutes Levi is now in deep slumber, he must be tires with all of these. You guys haven't got any sleep this past few days after all

"Vice Captain, we have a question" Jean said and you look at him and smiled

"What is it?"

"How did you and... Captain meet?" Jean said and you just smiled remembering those memories

"I don't know if I can tell you guys that, since only a few know about this story but I will tell you but not too detailed" you smiled and they nodded excitedly

"At first me and Levi didn't even know each other when they came to train as a member of the survey corps at that time Erwin was not the commander. Me, Levi, Hange, and Erwin were just scouts back then but Erwin lead a group and that's where I was under, and Levi was under Flagon" you said and they gasped

"Me, Hange, Moblit, and Erwin were long time friends, when Levi came all of us  were impressed by his skills when we watched him in action and I decided to be his friend" You smiled when you remembered that memory

"I've got to meet people ( Isabel and Farlan ) they were so nice to me and told me that my vibes were like screaming that they can trust me and so they did" you said but stopped when you felt a lumped on you throat and you swallowed it and  started speaking again

"But something happened that lead us both to this, we both suffered together all this years and became bestfriends and immediately became lovers on the process" you said as you giggled

"But Vice-Captain we saw how you fight and you were incredible at it and you also know how to lead. Its just that it's impossible that you didn't got promoted" Armin said and you just smiled

"Well Erwin did offered a higher rank to me but I declined it" you said and they gasped

"What why? That would've been a perfect opportunity!" Connie said and the others agreed

"I don't care about the others ranks, I'm contented with mine since I got to be next to Levi, I get to be there for him whenever he needs me. That's just what's important for me, I made a  promise few years ago on not to leaving his side no matter what, and I intend to keep that promise" you said as you look down at Levi who's sleeping peacefully in your lap

"I really wish that after all  this I can have the same relationship as you and Captain have" Mikasa said and you just smiled

"You will one day, but for now let's go to sleep we have a long day tomorrow"
