You walked through the dark trying to get somewhere since Levi asked me to go meet him today, I'm pretty much excited I haven't seen him all day since he's busy

You and Levi have something going on between you guys but no one else know, though you don't have to since you guys still don't have any label on your relationship

"Captain!" You said as you saw him on top of one roof and you then climbed it

"You wanted to see me?" You said as you went beside him

He was quiet for a while but you just waited patiently for him to speak

"Let's end things that's going on between us" he suddenly said as you try to stop the tears from falling

"W-what do you m-mean? W-why so sudden?" You said as a couple of tears fell from your eyes

"I'm marrying Petra after the expedition tommorow" he bluntly said making your legs gave up on you as you fell on your knees

"W-what? What about m-me? What about u-us?" You said barely speaking because of the tears

"There was never an us Y/n" he said as you felt your heart break

"All of those things w-were nothing t-to you?" You asked in disbelief

"You shouldn't have get your hopes up" he said as he started to leave but you held his wrist

"Is this what you r-really wanted Levi? Tell m-me is this what you wanted?" You asked as you choke on your words

"It's what most of the people want me to do" he said as he made you let go of his wrist

"F-fine if that's what you w-want, just p-please be happy" you said and he just looked at you and nodded

With that he left you there, you then cried your heart out as you grab your hair in frustration

"Why can't I fucking be enough! Out of all people why him!" You said as you shouted on top of your lungs as you cried and cried

"Why do I always have to be left alone? Why do I always end up miserable? He was the only person who can make me Happy, why did this have to happen?" You said in a whisper as you held your chest tightly

Meanwhile Levi

Once he got in his room he lock his door as his knees give up on him making him fall on the floor with a thud as he started crying silently

He didn't want to hurt you, he didn't want to marry Petra, he wanted to marry you, but Erwin told him he needed to so he was left with no other choice

You were the only person the he wanted to spend the rest of his life with, but something like this need to come up when he was finally found happiness, when he finally felt contented

He cried and cried as he punch the wall in frustration, If only he can change things, he would marry you and only you

Seeing you cry broke his heart but he needed to do it for both of your sakes, he knows that someone like him doesn't deserve someone like you

You sat on the table with your friends, but you didn't eat, you know this will be your last meal but you didn't even give a damn as you just stared blankly at your food
