You went inside Commander Erwin's office as you saw Section Commander Hange inside there, though you don't have the rank like Hange, you are expected to come here as Levi's right hand and also his girlfriend.

"What are we talking about today eyebrows?" Hange said as soon as me and Levi went to go sit in the opposing chair as Hange.

"I have a very important announcement to make" Erwin said and we all just listened to what he's about to say.

"Levi, you need to marry Petra" all three of you look at Erwin in shock, those words hurt like hell. Did I even hear it right? My boyfriend needs to marry someone else?

"W-what?" I asked as I felt like breaking down in front of everyone. Perhaps I had just misheared the Commander. Surely he wouldn't do something like this.

"Erwin you know I'm with Y/n-" he was cut off by the Commanders voice.

"It's an order" He said using his authority to make Levi have no choice but to follow. No way this is happening. Erwin knows about us, he possibly can't be this disrespectful.

"Wether you both like it or not, you both need to... end things with each other" he said as I just stared at the floor and let my tears fall down. How dare he?

"It's for humanities sake, I hope you guys understand" I didn't even bother staying there and left as I tried to wipe away my tears. I decided to just go inside my room.

Levi left too few minutes after you walk out leaving Hange and Erwin alone.

"Erwin, how can you do such thing? You know there's something going on between those two!" Hange exclaimed angrily. She also can't believe Erwins decision to break you both apart.

"Hange like I told you it's for humanities safety" Erwin said, not even looking at her.

"Erwin how could you! We can both agree that we only saw Levi happy when he's with Y/n!" Hange said as she argued. She was furious, she wanted to punch Erwin straight to the face but controlled herself.

"That's what most of the people want him to do Hange" the Commander said clearly frustrated.

"And what about Levi?! What about what he wants to do?! What about
Y/n?" She said as she raised her voice even more.

"Erwin, Levi has been nothing but a loyal friend to you. He follows everything you told him to do. The least you can give him is to let him be happy with someone he loves!" Hange said as tears fall down her eyes. She witnessed Levi's changes when Y/n came to his life, and she was genuinely happy for him.

"Everytime those two look at each other, everyone can feel love! Because of those two, the people who gave up love, gave love a chance because they saw how happy they both are together! How can you be so selfish Erwin?!" Hange said as she look at the man in front of him in disgust. She didn't want Levi to go through the same state he was in, he was like a body without a soul.

"Levi has only been happy for a few months after all those years Erwin!" Hange said still trying to prove a point. When they had first arrested Levi, he was emotionless. Only recently did Hange saw the life inside his eyes when both of you became official.

"My decision is final Hange" the older one said in a commanding tone but Hange didn't even budge. She refuse to see her friend suffer again.

"I swear, if I don't see Levi happy again, just forget the fact that we considered someone like you as a friend" Hange said as she left Erwin's office while slamming the door.
