CP:211 is kept within a standard containment room, monitored at all times by at least three(3) armed guards outside the room. cameras are to be monitored by said guards, and during feeding it is advised to be extremely cautious
D:211 is a grate Dane, with the head of a chicken. when a human looks into the eyes of 211 they will experience a skin rash that will eventually make them freeze up as if they were petrified. 211 was first discovered when several health inspectors were reported missing from a butchery outside of the town {redacted}. agents were called in when the statue like remains of the health inspectors were found. 211 was discovered upon the owners bed, seemingly haven eaten the owner. {redacted} agents died in the capture before discovering 211's ability.
