CP:371 is kept within a standard containment cell, three meals a day are to be given to him. 371 is not allowed to touch a humans bare skin, if he does he is to be reprimanded and punished through downing and electroshock therapy.
D:371 is a human male, his body is aged 15 but claims to be over 300 years old. 371 when touching a human will show how much life they have left to live as numbers on their arm. this is permanent. 371 has shown the ability to manipulate these years if two people are touching his hands. he can manipulate the time by removing and adding them between the two. 371 had done this for rich people, taking the homeless and sick's life and giving it to paying customers. though he would also do this, for anyone who was willing to pay. 371 was found through a buyer of this service. 371 was brought in, and questioned. the following is the audio log
