CP:323 is kept within a steal container within the marina trench at 10,984 meters, there is one monitoring device within 323s container. if the container is opened, squad Innsmouth is to try and reobtain 323. if 323 is able to reach the surface, it could and most likely will cause an end of the world scenario. 323's container is air tight, and holds only a chair within it.
D:323 has grey skin, fish like eyes which don't blink, gills on their necks, webbed hands, and communicates in Latin. 323 has an ability to call forth horrific storms and natural disasters, this only occurs when 323 is in direct sunlight and on land(this must be above sea level). 323 was found when {redacted} destroyed the port town of {redacted}
