D:264 is a small creature resembling a human child with snake features on their face and body, 264 also has several markings consistent with forceful injections. upon checking 254's blood signs of morphine were discovered, leading to the realization 264 was drugged and possibly an addict. 264 was discovered being used to supply poison to a terrorist organization with him was his mother, who was unable to survive.
