CP:253 is to be kept within a containment room outfitted with heat sensing cameras, along with motion sensors.
D:253 is humanoid with pointed ears, charcoal black skin, and tribal tattoos. Though said tattoos have no correlation to any known factions or groups. When eye contact is made, even though cameras 253 will exhibit control over the watcher. Such affect will allow 253 to give one sentence of command to the watcher. 253 was discovered after the mass suicide of a group in the {redacted} region
