D:369 is a human like being, no discernable genders or ethnicity. 369s body is covered with lacerations caused by themself, 369 when awake will continuously flail around. This is problematic as their nails are sharpened, and their strength is ten times a normal human. 369 when exposed to the specially made neuro toxin will be calmed down and put in a state of partial sleep, 369 when interviewed claimed to be born with this gift and it progressively got worse once their mother died and they grew older. 369 was found roaming the streets, by an agent of ours.
