D:316 is a human male, that is able to produce a lair of steal over their skin. this lair of steal becomes translucent over 316's eyes, and seemingly will allow oxygen to go through it. 316 was discovered in an accident, having done several dangerous jobs that had potential for death. 316 had used his ability to save his wife, having producing the skin to keep her safe from an explosion.
