CP:313 is kept within a standard containment room, outfitted with motion sensor lights. When moving within the containment room, all lights will come on. 313 is not allowed to be physically touched, if someone touches 313 with their bare skin they are to be terminated. Any other objects coming into contact with 313 are to be incinerated.
D:313 is a three meter high clown statue, approximately three hundred pounds. 313 only will move in the dark, and do so killing in multiple diffrent ways. 313s appearance will change after each kill, usually by using the victim as a basis for it. 313 was found in traveling circus, having killed multiple people when it stops each time. This has called 313s intelligence into question.
