CP:319 is kept within a standard containment room, ontop of a pedestal within an ornate box. 319 is not allowed to be touched, or accessed save for controlled experiments by level 3 clearance or higher.
D:319 is a knife, that when held will transport a human into another world will they must kill to survive. It changes for each human, and is never the same. 319 was found when {redacted}.
