CP:290 is kept in a shark cage, within a tank of salt water. the water is continuedly flowing and being replaced, along with the cage being replaced on a weekly basis.
D:290 is a humanoid, with shark like fins on the sides of their arms, legs and on their back along with gills. 290 will dissolve man made metals, and turn salt water into fresh water, but these effects cannot occur at the same time. 290 was discovered during a mass brake in at {redacted} water treatment plant.
