CP:364 is kept within a secure containment locker, level 4 access is needed to access 364 for testing. 364 is not to be used for any recreationally uses. if 364 has been taken from the locker, to be used for malicious purposes the offender is to be reprimanded.
D:364 is a wool doll, that can be used to manipulate females with blond hair and blue eyes. they can also have dyed hair and contacts, this will work on them as well. 364 was located by a {redacted} who used the doll for {redacted} upon which reports and alarms by the police alerted us.
