CP:280 is to be kept within a standard containment room, within such bound with leather straps to its bed unless eating or using the restroom. during this time there is to be at least seven(7) armed guards standing within the chamber. 280 is allowed to visit 279 once a week as long as there is armed personnel
D:280 is a human male, with several burn mark covering the left side of his face and the entirety of his back. 280 had decayed stumps where wings once where, but when 280 wills it skeletal wings will form causing those within several feet with be filled with fear. 280 was found within a small obsidian chamber along with 279, they were sleeping.
