CP:319 is kept within a standard containment cell, outfitted with neurotoxin dispensers that are to be used when needed. daily meals are allowed, and include a sedative. 319 is also required to wear a mask that will prevent his gas from being released when communicating

D:319 is a human male, of Caucasian descent. age is in late thirty's. 319 is able to produce a poisonous gas from his mouth, which will disperse naturally within several minutes depending on the quantity and quality of the gas which depends on 319's mental and physically state. this gas will be harmless to 319, and will not cause death but could lead to sever burns on the body which may lead to death. 319 was found using this gas to rob and kill many households. R: "we know many things, including all the murders you committed"

319: "that's {redacted} i never killed anyone!"

R: "319, you have killed {redacted} people, including children"

319: "i never killed, just robbed"

R: "then, who killed them?"

319: "no clue, must've happened after the robbery"

R: "then, how long have you been able to produce the gas from your mouth"

319: "non of your {redacted} business" after this 319 refused speaking, and has been shown to be highly aggressive.

Note-I would suggest putting him under for surgery, and looking for the devices that produce the gas. perhaps after having them removed they can be implemented in someone else: from Dr Willemlydermyer.
