3rd person's POV

"Isn't that Hyunjin?" Jiwoo asked and Sooyoung turns to her after getting Jiwoo a cotton candy.

"What was that, love?" the older asked as she didn't hear it clearly.

"It's nothing, Soo" Jiwoo said and kissed Sooyoung's cheek to thanked her. She turns to where she saw Hyunjin and narrows her eyes when she saw Soojin together with the girl.

Heejin's POV

I throw my phone to my bed as I hear the operator's voice again. I've been calling Hyunjin for an hour now and she's still not answering any of it.

My phone suddenly rings and I rushed to get it. Oh it's Jiwoo, I thought it's Hyun.

"Hey Jiwooming, what's up?" I lay on my bed

"Heej... I think I saw Hyunjin" she said

"Oh really? Where?"

"Han River, she's ummm... ahh..." she's outside? I thought I told her to just stay home and rest?

"What? She's what, Jiwoo?"

"She's with Soojin" she said and felt a twist in my stomach. So that's why she's not answering my calls haha.

"Thank you for the information, Jiwoo. I'm a bit sleepy so I'll go to bed now, good night." I said and hung up. I heave a sigh and stare at the ceiling.

They're just probably catching up with each other, nothing more... But I can't help but to worry... She's Hyunjin's ex but she's also her best friend that's just okay, right? I ruffled my hair and burry my face on my pillow.

"There's nothing to worry about, bunny. They're just best friends and Hyunjin is yours" I said to myself as I remember how many times Hyunjin gave me an assurance.

"But why won't she answer my calls!?!?!?" I'm going crazy

"Is she enjoying it that much that she forgot to answer my calls?.... Or she's purposely ignoring it? She won't do that though" for sure I look crazy right now.

I groans and move like a worm on my bed. WHY THE HECK IS HYUNJIN IGNORING MY CALLS!?!?!?!!!?!!!!

3rd person's POV

"You seem like you really love her that much" Soojin said as they walk on the Hangang Bridge.

"I love her over anything else in this world" Hyunjin said confidently with a wide grin on her face.

"You used to tell me that though" Soojin teased and laugh a bit.

"Heejin's different you know..." Hyunjin said and look down, still smiling like an idiot.

"I just love her so much, Soo"

"Oh sure you do, you've been blabbering about her for about two hours now" Soojin said and chuckles.

"Shit" the girl cursed as she tripped over a rock and falls down. Who the fuck even put that rock there!? And especially this size of rock?

Soojin whimpers and Hyunjin quickly knelt down to check on her.

"You good, Soo?" she asked but Soojin didn't answer as she keeps on whimpering.

"Does it hurt?" Hyunjin asked and Soojin nearly disown her as her best friend.

"Isn't it obvious?" Soojin snapped

"No need to be rude, puppy" Hyunjin said and try to touch Soojin's foot. Soojin yelps in pain as her face contorted.

"This is bad" Hyunjin mumbled and hold Soojin by the waist and help her to stand.

"Fuck fuck fuck" Soojin cursed continuously and Hyunjin removes her jacket and tie it around Soojin's waist.

"W-what are you doing?" Soojin stand her with her right foot as she held on Hyunjin for support. Hyunjin then crouch down and look over her shoulder to look at Soojin.

"Get on my back" she said but the younger didn't move a bit.

"Puppy?" the older calls and Soojin gets on her back carefully. Hyunjin held her thighs and let Soojin shift into more comfortable position.

"You good now?" Soojin humms and Hyunjin make sure that her jacket is covering Soojin's thighs. It's already late at night and there's no taxi passing by.

Hyunjin started walking towards the end of the bridge and always make sure that Soojin is just alright by asking her from time to time.

"I told you I'm just alright though my foot really hurts" the younger chuckles

"Then that means you're not" Hyunjin said as they reach the end of the bridge.

"What's with you and you suddenly drag me here at Han River?" Chaewon asked as Heejin is busy looking around, hoping that she'll see Hyunjin.

"Just wanna spend some time with my bestie" Heejin said, still looking around

"That store there is still open, you want to buy something?" Chae asked and Heejin look at her.

"Nahh I'm good" Heejin said with a smile

"Wait me here, I'm just gonna buy something I can eat" Chaewon said and run towards the store.

Heejin sighed and turn around. That moment it seems like someone stabbed her right in her heart at the scene that she saw. A girl carrying another girl on her back and both are laughing happily. And that girl who's carrying someone happened to be her girl.
