Soojin's POV

"Hey! Puppy! Wait up!" I close my eyes as I hear the nickname she gave me when I was 5. Why are you being like this, Hyunjin-ah?

"Yes?" I turned around to face her. I quickly back away when our faces got close and she backed away too thankfully coz her girlfriend is just there looking at us.

"W-why you didn't explain to me further back then?" she asked as she look straight to my eyes. God knows how I miss those loving stares.

"I did explain, Hyun" I said but she still have this confused expression on her face.

"But why did you break up with me?" shit

"I want to know the reason, Soo" not now, Hyun.

"Hyun" I said and sigh.

"You'll know the reason but not now" I said and she look at me with a frustrated look.

"Why not now? Soojin, I have the right to know what's the reason because that's our relationship" she said and I look at the table where Heejin is, she got a worried expression with a hint of jealousy.

"Hyun, listen... I have my reasons... And I think we're still not ready to talk about our break up, okay? Let's just talk over this on other time" I said and I'm about to walk away when she grabbed my hand making me face her again.

"Promise me you'll let me know your reason someday" she said and I smiled at her.

"I promise, Hyun" I gave her a quick hug and wave my hand at her before leaving.

Heejin's POV

Ummm... Ouch?

"You should eat" Hyejoo said

"It's not nice to keep the food waiting to be eaten you know..." she added and I smiled at her.

"Hye..." I called her

"Hmmm?" she humms in reply and chew her food.

"Can you tell me something about Hyunjin and Soojin?" I asked her and she put her chopsticks down.

"I cant, if you wanna know something about them, you should ask Hyunjin because I'm not in the position to spill anything about them" she's right...

"I grew up with them but those two have a stronger bond and besides, I don't really know that much about the two of them" I sighed and nodded. I continue eating while waiting for Hyunjin to come back to me.

There's a lot of questions in my head... Why did she run after Soojin? What are they talking about? Why does Hyunjin seems off today? Are they gonna come back to each other now?

It's hurting me... I look at their direction and bad move coz I saw Hyunjin grabbed Soojin's hand when she was about to walk away. They exchange few words before Soojin gave Hyunjin a quick hug and wave her hands at Hyunjin.

Soojin gave me a quick glance and show me a small smile and a bow before leaving.

Hyunjin then turned around and saw me looking, she showed me her brightest smile that can light up my whole world and skipped towards our table. She sits beside me and put her chin on my shoulder.

"What did uncle and aunt Jeon fed you today?" she asked right to my ear that sent shivers down to my spine.

"You're getting more and more gorgeous as the days pass by" I snorted and feed myself.

"Aahhhh" she look at me with her mouth open. I chuckled and feed her a large amount but she still manage to chew them slowly.

"Y'all..... I'm still here" Hyejoo said making the two of us laugh. Hyunjin chokes and I quickly hand her my tumbler and pat her back.
