Rewritten Chapter 3: Learning and Battling

A few days have gone by since Y/N's first day at his new school. The days have been boring and he sadly hasn't seen much of Nejire. One day while at home laying on his bed watching tv, he holds her number in his hand.

Pulling out his phone, he dialed it. His heart slowly heartbeat becomes fast after each second that passes. The phone begins to ring and he put it to his ear. His heart was beating at such a fast rate, he thought it was going to burst out of his chest. 

Finally, the ringing ends. He let out a sigh of relief believing that he got sent to voicemail. But he hears "hello." 

Instantly, his eyes widened beyond belief. His heart immediately begins beating faster than it did originally. "Ne-Nejire..." he said. 

"Y/N!" She said excitedly. "It's you!"

"Yeah..." he said. "I've decided to accept your offer of training together."

"Awesome!" She replied. "Does today sound good?"

"I'll see," he replied.

"Alright, if you can make it today, I'll see you by the beach," Nejire told him.

"Gotcha. I'll see you in a few maybe," he told her.

"See ya."

Finally, he hung up. "Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god!" You said on repeat.

The boy walks out of his room as if he just got finished running for miles. Seeing this, his mother asked him "are you ok?" 

Seeing his mother, he tells her "yeah, I, uh, just need to ask you something."

"What is it?" Inko inquired.

"A friend asked me if I wanted to train with them today, so I wanted to ask you if it was ok if I did," Y/N explained.

"Of course it's ok," she told. "Who's this friend?"

"Iida," he answered quickly yet nervously. 

"Iida?" Izuku questioned.

Y/N turned around quickly and a little scared. "WOULD YOU NOT SNEAK UP ON ME?!" 

"Sorry," Izuku told his brother. "But Iida wants to train with you?" 

"Yup! Just me! No one else!" he answered. 

"I wonder why he didn't ask me to train with you as well," Izuku said.

"I'll ask him why when I see him," Y/N told your brother as he walked to the door. "Bye!"

As fast as he could, Y/N made his way to the beach now glad that he's out of the situation. He couldn't bring himself to tell his mother nor his brother about Nejire. He knew how they would react and he would blush so hard, blood might burst out of his face. 

Eventually, he got to the beach and sees Nejire casually waiting for him. He blushes at the sight of Nejire in her normal everyday clothes. "Can this girl get any more beautiful?" he mentally questioned. 

Gaining his voice, he shouts "Nejire!" 

She turns to him and shouts back "Y/N!!" 

He gets to her and proudly says "I am here!!" 

"Nice All Might impression," she told him with a smile. 

"Thanks," he replied while scratching the back of his head. "I've worked on it for years." 

"That's so cute," she said. 

"You're cute." 

"Huh?"
