Even though I've only been at this camp for a few weeks, I already knew where everything was. I walked into Siv's cabin. That's where the camp workers stay. I moved passed the many beds in the large cabin. It was much bigger than our cabins. I found a doorway in the kitchen. I opened the door to reveal a long staircase. Something made me think that I wasn't meant to know this was here. I went down anyway.
The bottom floor, the secret floor, of the Staff Cabin was huge. It was filled with rows and rows of filled bookshelves. I wandered around quietly, looking for a history book. I couldn't find one. But guessing the other books here, there had to be a book that told the history of the camp. There were shelves full of documents, all were pretty resent, but not a single one about things that happened in the past. Siv had told me that this camp was hundreds of years old and that the camp recorded everything.
It didn't make any sense. Then I heard footsteps. Someone was coming done here. I dove behind a bookshelf and looked to see who it was. It was Siv. She walked right to the back of the library with a silver key in her hand. When I was back there, I didn't see any keyholes, let alone a door. Then she jabbed it into the wall. Right through the dark wood. Splinters were flying everywhere and the wall crumbled to the ground. There was a whole other room back there!
Siv disappeared into the dark room for about an hour. She came out with a very thick book, with the words 'Camp Records' written across the front. That was the book I was looking for! I needed to get it from her somehow...
As Siv was walking up the stairs, she dropped the book. It tumbled down into the library. This was my chance. I made the book turn into a pile of sand. I made the sand move towards me before Siv saw it. By the time she was down the stairs again, I already had the book in my hands. She walked down the isles of books looking for it. I took that as a chance and ran up the stairs. Siv never saw me, nor did she hear me.
By that time it was night. The sky was dark, not a single star in sight. Just like my dream. I could hear the roaring and screeching of monsters outside the camp. Then I realized something. Kyanpo No Anzen was about to become Chimei-Tekina Kyanpu. Camp Deadly.
