When I wake up I'm in the middle of a frozen forest. "No. No. No. Nonononono. Not here. Not this time. I don't wanna relive this." I say. Jordan walks up beside me. "You okay? Look a know you think he'll find you but he won't."
Jordan grabs my hand and starts running. His gloved hand is so warm in mine. I can't help but start laughing. We run through the snow without a care in the world.
I break from his grip and tackle him to the ground. After rolling through the snow we start laughing hard. Then Jordan playfully pushes me and I roll a little except I roll down a hill.
"JORDAN!" I roll down the tall hill and stand up. He looks down at me. "Are you okay?" "I'm great! Try it!" He rolls down the hill crashes into me and I fall on top of him.
I laugh and get up. He grabs my leg and pulls me down. I lay next to him my face getting red from laughing. We lay in the snow for awhile just looking at the clear blue sky.
I look over at Jordan and see he's looking at me. "I like seeing you like this. Happy. Carefree." He says. I smile and move closer to him. I grab his hand and he laughs.
"What?" I ask. "I'm just happy." I smile and stand up. "Me too." We spend all day out in the winter forest and when it starts getting dark Jordan makes a fire.
"We're not far from my hide out. Wanna spend the night there?" He asks me. "Sure." While we walk there I start getting cold. "Jordan?" "Yeah?" He stops and I walk up to him.
I grab his hand and start feeling warm. "Now I'm getting warm." He laughs and we continue walking. When we reach his hide out I smile.
He has traffic signs all over it. "Please tell me you didn't steal those." "No. I didn't. I found them at the junkyard." He smiles and pushes open the door with a stop sign on it.
All of a sudden there's a gun in his face. "You think you can just walk in here. Prove yourself." Who's the psycho in Jordan's hide out?
"Go out and spend the night in the woods. If you don't die. You can have your club house back." Me and Jordan run away. I trip and let go of Jordan's hand. I don't think he noticed. I go and curl up under a tree.
"Get up." I see the psycho standing there with his gun pointed at me. He has long dirty hair, a dirty face, and more importantly a gun. I listen to him and he presses the gun into my back.
"Walk or I shot you." I walk forward and he guides me with his gun. We walk to a frozen a lake and he gestures for me to walk out onto it. "Walk into the middle." I listen to him and stand in the middle of the lake. I hear a cracking sound, look down, and fall through the ice.
I'm so cold. I try to swim up but I'm to cold to move. So cold. So cold.So.
Cold...
