Shubman's POV-

First test ended on high notes as we won and I won the man of match.
Scoring a century and most importantly ending the match being not out gives a boost to confidence.

All of us were celebrating in the dressing room. Suddenly the clamour vanished and Jaddo bhaiya (Jadeja) came in centre.

Siraj threw an imaginary ball and Jaddo imitated my winning shot.
I laughed sitting on the bench.

Soon our very own jatt ji, Shikhar paaji started singing,
"Ho baari barsi khatan geya si khat ke leyanda dil.."

When I came back, I brought heart.)

"Waah waah-" Virat bhai spoke in between when he too started dancing.

"Voht Vadhiya" (Amazing) told captain dancing.

"So any words from MOM winner?" Virat bhai added.

"Not much but just a special mention to captain who sent me above the order, but most importantly we won so let's keep it going boys." I cheered.

Yuzi was sitting aside when he spoke, "Yo bro but you didn't mentioned me, I gave you the chance to bat instead of myself."

"Ay Yuzi what is this? you do it like everytime, can't just give credit." Kl intervened.

"Yeh Yuzi ka naa humesha ka yahi rehta hai, kuch dhaang ka kar yaar tuh." (Yuzi does this all time, do something better.) Rohit bhai said annoyed.

Rishabh spoke, "That's ok, but can't anyone sing for me too?, I was not out as well."

Their argument and celebration continued. I checked my phone where Sai congratulated me in text.

I should call Heer probably. I dialled her number, but she didn't answered.

Heer's POV-

I knocked and Sai opened the door.

"Where were you?" she interrogated even before letting me enter.

"I was with Abhay." I said ambling inside.

"Why?"

"Oh just had some reasons, but don't tell me you are angry cause I didn't took you."

"No, I'm not. I don't have a crush on him."

"Sorry I forgot that your crush changes every week." I said.

"I'm a mess but you my dear, you have fucked up this time."

"What did I do?" I questioned uptight.

"Shubhi made a century today, won the match for his team and the man of the match award, you didn't even praised him."

"But you told me he scored a half century yesterday?"

"Yes and today he converted it into century, it's a test match Heer, they can bat for more than one day."

"Ok-yah ya." I recalled.

"And the best part is that this was in Lords."

"What's so great about scoring a century in Lord's?" I asked.

"Oh my! It's a dream for many." She told.

"Is it?"

"It is, now call him dumb."

I picked up the phone, "Shit, I missed his call."

I facetimed and he picked up,

H- Hi

SAI- Kudos to dear Shubhi.

S- Thanks Sai and Heer too for calling.

H- Noo!

S- Where were you?

(I walked in to a seperate room.)

H- I told you, I was with Abhay.

S- Ya-ah, was he good with you?

H- Yah-

S- He should be, but don't sympathize too much, have control and try not to meet him again.

(Pause)

H- So-oh, Why are you dressed up?

S- Just going out with the boys to eat out.

H- Who boys?

S- Just the same bunch.

H- Who?

S- (Took a breath) Can you move ahead like without poking at the same thing? You know very well whom I hang out with. (Loudly)

H- Ok, chill. I'm not asking.

S- Listen heer, I'll talk to you later, bye.

Before I can say, he hung up.

Discrediting and being suspicious, why would I do that? I'm feeling so self annoyed.

I lied on bed, and at the moment I fell asleep. Suddenly I opened my eyes and checked the time it was 3 at night.

Surprisingly Sai was not aside, cause even we had two rooms but she always slept near me.

I checked the other room which was lit. She was sitting there, texting somebody on phone.

"What're you doing?" I asked in sleepy voice.

"Nothing, just go to sleep."

"No show me."

"Its just a friendd, good night."

And I did slept after that.

Next Day~

Waking up and dashing to work.
I was done with my meeting, the prior task for today at work.

I was in the elevator as bhaiya told me I was supposed to be there. He was quite shy telling me, making me more eager.

There was a rush, but my eyes fell on Abhay waving me casually.

"How are you here and how did you know I am here?" I kinda blew in shock.

"Guess what I got talents other than smoking and drinking." He spoke chewing the gum.

"Ok talented pal, why are you here?"

"Wanted to show you my favourite place. Are you free?"

"Fortunately I am, my meeting is over."

"So let's go."

"I want that too badly after so many people shying out, but I have to pick up a few things and just inform."

"Ok, I'll wait for you in the parking."

I returned back to the parking lot the usual rush, when I saw a bunch of people gathered around in the middle.

I was searching for Abhay when I found that he was the one gathered around.

I smiled seeing him, he too smiled back.

"Ok guys she's here. I hope I have signed everything." He spoke to his fans.

Woah, never imagined this guy being humble.
