First And The Last One

Chapter 3

Aditya's Pov

She was the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. In my life I'd never thought that I would get attracted to a girl at first sight. I was unable to take my eyes off her why would I when she got the most beautiful looks to be admired so that's what I was doing admiring her. I stopped breathing when she came near us. She is indeed beautiful like angel.

During the whole conversation I was just looking at her. In surgical uniform and doctor's apron she looks this beautiful. I don't know how beautiful she'll look in casuals. During the talk when her eyes met mine I got lost in them instantly. It was something which I can't describe. She was doing stitches like a professional and why not she is a doctor.

When she was done with stitches "I've stiched your wound. You've to change the dressing daily for the next three days that you can get it done in any hospital or clinic. Make sure not to pressure this hand too much. I'll write some antiseptics for avoiding infections and to reduce the pain ." She said to be Dev. He nodded his head.

While she was writing the prescription "What is your name and age sir?" She asked "Dev Mehra 28 yrs old" "Aditya Sharma 27 yrs old" We both said at the same time. She stopped writing then looked at me and Dev with amusement in her eyes.

Dev gave me a look like 'What-are-you-doing'. I just shrugged it off. Then she continued writing the prescription. Once she was done "I've also added some tablets of vitamins. You've to take one in the morning and one in the evening after meal. It's only a 5 days dose." She said while giving the prescription to me "Okay doctor Thank you" Dev said while getting up from the bed "No need to thank Sir. After all it's my job. Make sure to take rest and medicines on time too." She said with a beautiful smile on her face. Looking at her smiling face I also smiled.

After that she turned around and left from there. I was looking at her back hoping that she'll turn her head to look at me for once...

Please Please Please turn once

And she did for a good 3 seconds then turned back to front and was out of my sight. I don't know what I was feeling at that moment but whatever it is I want to cherish it.

Then suddenly someone pinched my arm it was none other than my dear best friend "Where were you lost dude" He asked I sighed "Nothing" I said.

After paying the bill and and buying his medicines. We both are in my car on the way to Dev's home. "I know you like her" He said "Who? What are you talking about?" I asked fully awared of his statement about what is he taking about. "The doctor who treated my wound. She was really pretty and nice. I think she is perfect for you. " He told me with a smile on his face. "Really? Do you think so?" I asked not believing in him "Yes, Of course Aditya for the whole life you were alone. There was no one for you. I think you should give it a try and see where your destiny leads you two." He told me.

I thought about the thing he said is totally true. I was alone for my whole life. I met Dev in college, we became best friends but still we need someone to stand beside us care for us. I think he is right I should give it a try.

Tomorrow again I'll come to this hospital to meet her but for that I need to think of some reason. When I looked at the passenger seat I saw Dev was already slept then an idea clicked in my mind. 

And with that thought I grinned like a lover.  After dropping Dev to his apartment I said bye to him. From there I went for my home after reaching my apartment I turned the lights on I laid down on my bed and started waiting for the next day to come...
