First And The Last One

Chapter 5

Aditya's Pov

The whole night I didn't get a wink of sleep I was juts thinking about her for the whole night. Specially her eyes which were so beautiful. Her coffee brown eyes brought some feelings in my heart. I don't know what is it but I want to feel it for the rest of my life.

My chain of thoughts was broken by alarm ringing. I look at the time it was 6am in the morning and I didn't sleep at all. Just because of her thoughts I didn't sleep I wonder what will happen when we both become something else. I called Dev to remind him about his dressing.

"Hello" I said "Good morning Aditya. You called me in the morning is everything okay?" He asked "Yeah everything is fine what will happen to me. Anyways I called to remind you about your dressing." I said "Dressing didn't the doctor said I can get it done in any hospital." he said "Yeah, I know but we are going to Apollo Hospital and that's final." I said trying to put this conversation to an end. "But why? that hospital is too far from my home." he said "I know that dude, but can't you understand in that hospital you'll get the best treatment and the doctors are also nice." I said

"But - one minute the doctor oh!!! Now I get it your real intention is to meet that doctor that's why you're forcing me to go there. You could've told me earlier why to play around." He said getting my point. " Now you got it. Be ready at 8 I'll come to pick you up. " I hanged up with that not wanting to listen his teasings.

At 7:30 I left from home to pick Dev. Whole ride was filled with his teasings. I tried so hard to ignore him. We reached the hospital parked my car in the parking and walked to the emergency room. On the way to hospital entrance to emergency room I was looking here and there so that I can see her but I didn't got to.

We entered the emergency room. The same nurse which we saw yesterday came to us "Excuse me Sir, How can I help you?" she asked "Actually I'm here for my dressing change" Dev said "OK Sir. Please come with me." She said . This time she took us to bed no.3 and told us wait until she come with a doctor with that she left. I looked around in the emergency room I didn't see her.

After few minutes the nurse came with a doctor, this time it was a male doctor he started changing his dressing. I looked at the nurse she was about to exit the emergency room when I called her and went near her "Where is that doctor who did his dressing yesterday?" I asked her "You mean that female doctor Dr. Anahita Roy?" She asked I nodded "Actually Sir, She is on leave today." She said and went away.

My mood got off with a sad I went to Dev till that time his dressing was done. He noticed my mood but didn't asked me anything. We left the hospital. Soon we were on our way to home. "What happened? Didn't you meet her?" he asked "Nope, She is on leave today" I said and sighed. "Don't worry tomorrow again I've to come here for my dressing change. Tomorrow you can meet her." He said. I nodded. Hoping to meet her tomorrow but today I got to know her name Anahita Roy such a beautiful name just like her I hope I could see her tomorrow.

Next day we both went to hospital I was just wishing to see her. We went to emergency room again the same doctor from yesterday did his dressing I asked the nurse "Where is Dr. Anahita?" I asked her "Actually Sir, She is in a surgery." She said and went away to see other patients. I sighed. I don't think meeting her again is written in my destiny. I felt like crying but I controlled myself. I looked for Dev he was not there. I thought he must be waiting for me out of the room. The moment I came out of the emergency room there I saw Dev talking to that doctor.

After I saw her smiling face I got my strength back. It feels like I'm alive again. It's been only 2 days since I last saw here but it felt like 2 years. Smiling I went near them...
