First And The Last One

Chapter 10

Anahita's Pov

When he said that today is his last day of holiday and he'll not get much time to meet me. I got upset for a moment I turned my head so that he can't see my sad face.

I don't want his mood to get off because of my sadness, So I behaved like it was okay with me but deep inside it was not.

We watched the movie it was really good, from there we went for lunch after that for long drive.

The whole day was amazing and why not when I have Adi beside me.

We reached my apartment, he opened the door for me, it was really hard to bid bye to him knowing that we'll not meet much frequently.

I've to go inside otherwise I'll loose control on my myself and tell him to stay with me but I can't do that, till now we are not on that stage.

I wished him night and started walking towards my home, when I reached the entrance I look back at him and waved my hand at him with a smile and entered in.

I'm gonna miss him.

i already started missing him the moment I entered in my home.

I changed into my night wear and lay down on my bed, I started thinking about today's events which is filled Aditya's thoughts.

I heard a ping from my phone I took the phone in my hand and looked the screen, there was a message notification from Aditya.

I quickly open the chat and read the message.

That message brought a smile on my face. The text says -

I'm gonna miss you alot Anu...
Good night, sweet dreams 😊

He really knows how to make me happy when my mood is off. I replied him the same.

In this short period of time we got to know about each other alot. His dislikes and likes, his favorites and everything but there is still alot for me to know.

I drifted off to sleep while thinking about him.

Next morning I woke to sound of my alarm ringing, I got up and get ready for hospital. Today I was in no mood to go to hospital knowing that he'll not come to meet me.

Come on Anahita, you've to think like an adult, he has job too, you can't be selfish.

I signed and left for hospital after breakfast.

After 2 weeks -

It's been 14 days since we last met, everyday we use to talk or chat at the end of the day.

He's been so busy with his work that he can't get much time for himself too, even in the weekends, when I thought we'll get some time to spend with each other but we can't.

One day, Dev called me said that Adi is working continuously from morning without having break and he didn't ate something since morning and he is not listening to anyone.

So I had to scold him for not having his meal on time I don't want to do that but he was so behaving like a kid, So I had to. After that he quickly ate his lunch.

But he always make sure to make some time for me. Whenever he calls me he always sound so tired and exhausted, so I quickly end the call so that he can rest more.

I miss him so badly. One thing I get to know in this 2 weeks is that there is something in me for him that pulls me towards him more.

He is a friend that every person wants. Calling him a friend doesn't suit. I really don't like to call him a friend.

I want to take our relationship to another level but what if he is not ready, what if he didn't accept me?

I've so many questions regarding this, but only one person can answer to these questions and that is Aditya only.

Whatever it is I'll sort it out later. Right now I just want to meet him first. I've not seen him for so long.

I really want to see him.

Right now I'm in my cabin going through some reports, when my phone started ringing I didn't look at the caller ID I picked up the call.

"Dr. Anahita, speaking" I said "Hello Doctor, can I talk to my Anu?" he said. I got stunned by the reply then I checked the caller ID it was Aditya's call I smile at it "Adi it's you, I didn't see that, sorry." I said apologizing to him.

"Its okay there is nothing you should be sorry. Anyways I called to tell you that tomorrow is Sunday and I'm coming to meet you." he said, excitement was clearly visible in his voice. His statement brought a big smile on my face.

"Really, tomorrow when?" I asked him so that I can plan something for him.

"You'll get to know that later, Right now I just called to inform you about my coming. So just wait. " he said. There must be something exciting going on his mind.

I'm eager to know that."Okay fine, I'll wait for it." I said "okay then, Anu I'll see you tomorrow, bye" he said "okay, bye" with that I cut the call.

I'm so excited for tomorrow...
