Chapter 80 - VIPs For Joey & Therese

Joey and Therese were filming a TV special of their comedy, so naturally they invited us. Therese was, by now, heavily pregnant, and some of the gags they did were HILARIOUS!

For example, when Joey touch Therese's belly and put his ear close to it, they make it look like the twins in her womb kicked Joey away! We laughed HARD, and Jesse and I are so grateful that the moment was captured on camera, as you see above.

They were hilarious, and there were other special guests who decided to surprise them with a visit - Therese's parents and Joey's mom Barbara! Joey and Therese were so elated that they ran to them right after the show and hugged them.

Therese was heavily pregnant at this time, but she was still able to work for a while, and sometimes her bump was included in the comedy routines, which were HILARIOUS! They even made plans to include their babies in the act once they were born, but only very occasionally. They were even in the process of making a comedy album!

"How are the babies?" I asked her.

"They're doing well. Tired." She said. "During the day they kick relentlessly, and sometimes they wake me up during the night, kicking, and then once I wake up they stop. Cheeky babies."

I rubbed Therese's back for a while, as I was doing on a regular basis, which I was only too happy to do. Joey suggested that maybe they shouldn't do anymore touring for a while.

Unlike me, Therese began to show early on. And now, she was huge, especially since she was having twins. But she was no invalid - she was a strong woman carrying those twins!

"I'm so tried." Said Therese. "I'm gonna rest."

"Yes, sweetie have a rest." Said Joey. "I'll be with you soon."

 And Joey kissed Therese on the forehead before we said our goodbyes.

We went to our suite and played with our daughter for a while. We played with blocks and tossed a ball back and forth to one another.

We then went for dinner at the Caesar's Palace restaurant. We sat next to a window with a beautiful view, and our precious little angel just gazed wide-eyed at the city lights. She was so adorable. She sat in her little high chair happily eating her dinner while we ate ours.

I then breastfed her a little as milk always helped her sleep more soundly. It was still a little early for us, so we decided to watch a little TV, and lo and behold, Viva Las Vegas was on. Jesse never got tired of Elvis any more than I got tired of ABBA, and so we understood one another in this definitely. We watched the movie together and then made love.

The next day, I was looking after Michelle while Danny and Pam kept Therese company. DJ and Stephanie were looking around the hotel, exploring the stores, but were told not to go outside the hotel.

I made us some breakfast of wholewheat waffles and butter for Jesse, myself and Michelle and raspberry and coconut balls for Frida. I came to see Michelle on our bed, cuddling little Frida! It was so adorable, I just HAD to take a photo!

We went out after we finished breakfast, and Michelle definitely enjoyed her day with her favorite uncle and aunt!
