In 1984, I recorded my last album with the Go Go Girls. We made a conscious decision to split up, as I was married, Vasilios was about to be married, Therese was doing other work on TV, being a Solid Gold Dancer as well as being in a couple of music videos. I saw this one music video by some English band where she was having a picnic with some friends. She looked very pretty.

Jesse and I also collaborated a good bit, Therese and I were special guests on one of the Jesse and the Rippers' songs 'Head Over Heals', which coincidentally, was not only the name of one of my songs with the Go Go Girls, but also an ABBA song! I also sang another song with Therese called 'Tears In The Night', while Jesse duetted with Lou Rawls on the song 'I Won't Let You Take Away My Music'. My husband and I appeared on each other's duets both on backing vocals and guitars. Those songs were hits enough to be performed on Top Of The Pops and various European music shows, even in Greece!

My brother Vasilios got married in the Summer of 1984, to his girl Anastacia. Anastacia was a Russian-American girl, she was a dancer and VERY beautiful with long blonde hair. I didn't blame Vasilios for falling in love with her for a second.

The wedding took place at the Holy Virgin Cathedral, a Russian Orthodox cathedral in San Francisco.

Even the Tanners were invited. I had never been in a Russian Orthodox Church before, and I found it similar, yet different if that makes sense. Us Greeks were more eastern than the Russians. But nevertheless, it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I liked the whole experience, even though I didn't understand what the priests were chanting.

I honestly couldn't be happier for Vasilios. He'd found himself a beautiful, sweet woman. They looked really happy.

After the wedding ceremony we went to a restaurant in Oakland for the reception. There was a lot of Russian dances as well as Greek. They were easy enough to figure out I suppose since I knew all the Greek ones!

I wore a sky blue silk dress to the wedding. My husband loves me in any color, he tells me, but there are some that are his favorites. I can't understand why his favorite color is black. This is what we disagree most on because my favorite color is white! But thankfully it's a trivial thing, so it doesn't bother either of us. In fact, it's kinda funny.

After all the cultural dances, the slow dance songs came up. Naturally, there was some ABBA thrown in there, but I have little doubt that Vasilios deliberately put an ABBA song in the playlist just for me. What a sweet brother. Sure we fought sometimes as siblings tend to, but whenever ABBA was on the radio, and I was in another room, he'd come and get me, letting me know they were on! How sweet!

The song that played was 'Waterloo', and DJ joined me and my husband as we danced to it, even squeezing a little ABBA play in there!

After I said my goodbyes to Vasilios and my godparents, Jesse drove us both home. We were thirsty from all that dancing, but after we had a cool glass of water each, we wanted to do what we did every night!

Jesse just took me, kissing me passionately while simultaneously unzipping my dress, and unwrapping it from my body. He then carried me to our room while still kissing me, and sat down on our big, beautiful bed with me on his lap. He reached down to feel my wetness, making me moan as he gave me the tingles.

After he lay me down, he pulled down my panties, and then Jesse started to unbutton his shirt, so I helped him do so, and after his shirt slid off his toned, manly body, I kissed his neck, embracing me while stroking my hair.

I lay back with him on top of me, and he didn't hesitate to slip into me, thrusting passionately as we wrapped our arms around each other tight. He gently touched me, giving me the tingles, and tenderly caressed my breast while kissing it.

I moaned loudly as I climaxed, tilting my head back as Jesse kissed my neck before he, too, came so hard he almost screamed.

He kissed my neck multiple times when our orgasms finished. He rested his head on my shoulder as I caressed him. He held me close to him as he caressed my body. He ran the tips of his fingers down the valley between my breasts, that was slick and glistening with sweat.

"Oh baby, I love you so much." Said Jesse.

"I love you too, sweetie." I replied.

The next morning, I received a call from Vasilios, telling me that he and his beautiful new wife were going to Santorini for their honeymoon. Apparently, Anastacia always wanted to see Greece, and Vasilios also felt it would be a great idea because our parents honeymooned there when they were married, and they always talked about how wonderful it was, so Vasilios wanted to see it for himself. My Jesse and I went to Paralia and Athens, those were our hotspots.

I was also thrilled because Frida released her album "Shine", and my gosh I love that album! Then again, I love all hers & Agnetha's solo in addition to their ABBA stuff. But that song "Shine" was a GREAT song to not only dance to, but also exercise as well!

How I received it is a very interesting story. The album was released in September, but because both ABBA ladies knew who I was, having met me on more than one occasion in the 70s, as well as being a famous musician myself, not to mention an avid fanatic, Frida was kind enough to send me an autographed copy of her new album days BEFORE the release!

To say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. I wasn't expecting mail, and then when Jesse brought it to my attention, I opened it, and when I saw Frida's beautiful face on the cover, along with her autograph, that said "To Ophelia, Love Frida", I could've screamed, I was so happy! I may have been a star, but that didn't mean I couldn't be star-struck by those I loved. Especially ABBA!

"You know, the title song has a bit of a sexy feel to it." Said Jesse. "Maybe we should dance to it before making love tonight." He flirted. And that's what we did! I put on a show for him, and then we made love!
