"I don't get it... if you didn't love me you could've just broken up with me! Not go behind my back, and play with my heart! You're so selfish!" Oikawa yelled at Iwaizumi, hot tears streaming down his face. "Do you wanna know why I didn't break up with you?! Because of your stupid friend! He threatened to beat me if I did!" Iwaizumi yelled back. "Don't you call Atsumu stupid! He was just trying to protect me!" "Ya, well that's stupid!" "ITS STUPID FOR HIM TO WANT TO PROTECT ME AND MY FEELINGS?! ITS STUPID FOR HIM TO CARE ABOUT ME?!" Iwaizumi had nothing to say, so he didn't say anything.

Oikawa just scoffed, crossing his arms and looking at the ground. It was completely silent, other than the faucet, which was still rushing water into the soapy sink. Oikawa looked back up at Iwaizumi, who was starting at him, waiting for him to say something. "I'm leaving" Oikawa mumbled. "What?" Iwaizumi asked. "I didn't hear you." "I said I'm leaving." Oikawa said louder. "You can have the house, and everything in it. I'll take my stuff and leave." Oikawa said, turning around and leaving the kitchen.

Iwaizumi just stared at the spot where Oikawa had previously been. He didn't say anything, didn't move, didn't even blink. He was shocked. He didn't know what to do. Should he go after Oikawa? Should he leave him be?

Oikawa came down with a suitcase in hand. He walked past Iwaizumi, who was still standing in the kitchen. "Goodbye, Iwaizumi." Was all he said, before leaving the house.

Iwaizumi later went up stairs, to take a shower, and noticed something sitting on his bedside table. There was a note, and a ring... Oikawa's half of their promise rings.. The note read;
'Hope you can put the ring to better use with her. Also, happy anniversary!

Life is like a book, and this was their last chapter together.
