Iwaizumi had never been one to be involved in drama. He'd much rather watch from afar. Unlike Oikawa, who was always involved somehow. And because Oikawa was always apart of the drama, Iwaizumi knew too, any one would if they were best friends with Oikawa.

You'd think that there were no secrets hidden between the two friends, they were inseparable, so they had to tell each other everything, right? Wrong.

Oikawa was in love with his best friend. He didn't know when, or why it happened, but he did know that he would take this secret with him to the grave.

He never told anyone, not even his parents, and no one ever figured it out. Everyone thought he was straight. They thought that he liked girls. Even Iwaizumi.

It didn't break his heart to like Iwaizumi in secret, what broke his heart was when Iwaizumi got a girlfriend. Oikawa knew that he never stood a chance with Iwaizumi, but that didn't stop the heart break.

He was supposed to be happy for his best friend, he was supposed to be supportive, and be proud of his friend. But he couldn't, he couldn't get over his feelings for the other no matter how hard he tried.
So he hid them, he pushed them so far down no one would ever find them. Nobody.

However, this may have not been the best decision. The longer Oikawa hid his feelings, the bigger his heart ache got. And Oikawa couldn't handle it anymore.

So he tried getting over Iwaizumi. And this time it worked.

He met an amazing man who was from Russia, he was exchange student. Him and Oikawa clicked immediately, and Oikawa started spending more time with him than he did with Iwaizumi.

But it's not like Iwaizumi noticed. He was to busy fawning over his girlfriend to care for what Oikawa did.

So when Iwaizumi had to figure out the new drama from Makki he was shocked. Not only with the fact that Oikawa hadn't told him, but because it was about Oikawa.

The brunette had finally gotten over Iwaizumi and started dating the Russian boy. And only then did Iwaizumi come to term with his own feelings.

So Iwaizumi went to talk to Oikawa. He wouldn't hide them.

But maybe he should've.

Maybe he should've kept them a secret, because bringing them up did him no good.

"Pardon?.."

"I said that I like you Kawa."

"But what about your girlfriend."

"We broke up so I could date you."

"And what makes you think I want to date you? I have a boyfriend Iwaizumi."

"You can break up with him."

"No. I'm not doing that Iwaizumi. I'm sorry. You can't expect me to leave the one person who ever loved me back because you want me too. That's not how this works."

"Your being selfish."

"Actually, I'm not. You were the selfish one. Ignoring everyone around you because you were too obsessed with your cheap, tramp of a girlfriend."

"That's just rude. You're being a bitch Kawa."

"So me speaking my mind is me being a bitch?!"

"Yes! If that's what you're thinking than yes!"

"Leave me alone Iwaizumi."

"I never stood a chance did I?"

"That's the sad part - you did once."

And Oikawa walked off, leaving Iwaizumi to deal with the heartbreak.

The tables had turned.
