Iwaizumi and Oikawa were sitting on their couch, Iwaizumi on his phone, and Oikawa humming. It was comfortable, the silence between them not awkward.

Iwaizumi looked up from his phone, looking at his lover with a fond look before asking a question. "Hey, Kawa?" Oikawa turned to face Iwaizumi, silently telling him to continue. "Can you sing for me?" Oikawa looked at him with calculating eyes, before sighing and nodding. He sat crisscrossed on the couch, still facing Iwaizumi. "What song Iwa-chan?" He asked softly. "The one you were just humming. It sounded nice." Oikawa nodded, getting up off the couch to fetch his guitar.

He returned shortly after, and took a deep breath.

"I love you, I hate it, I can't get through. I've tried to rename it to a face, not you. But it can't be contained, and it just won't do. What I want, so I'll let it out." The words flowed effortlessly out of the brunettes mouth, creating a soft melody. His fingers playing the notes with ease.

"My body's been aching from time's hard weight. And I'm sorry for shaking in your steady grace. But I'll say it if you say it, but I won't go first. If you want to leave, then walk me out." Iwaizumi smiled softly at the melody his lover was singing, it was truly heaven to the ears, and the strums of the guitar adding to the heavenly song.

"Let's go get lost on a long back road. Where the river turns to streams and the time moves slow. It's not anything you say, anywhere we go, it's just being alone with you now. Being alone with you." Iwaizumi moved closer to Oikawa, resting his arm along the youngers waist, careful of the guitar in the brunettes lap.

"Either death like a shadow or love like a light. Every step it must follow then stay back and fight. For what you laid down, or stood for in your life's great breath. We sigh out, but we never die." Iwaizumi, still smiling softly, closed his eyes, fully relaxed.

"So let's go get lost in a long back road. Where the river turns to streams, and the time moves slow. It's not anything you say, anywhere we go. It's just being alone with you now, that's right~" Oikawa felt Iwaizumi fall limp against his side, soft puffs of breath tickling the skin in his neck.

He placed the instrument in its case, closing and locking it, before moving Iwaizumi into a more comfortable position. He smiled wider at the sight of his sleeping lover, the face belonging to him completely relaxed.

Oikawa moved to lay down, his head resting on his boyfriends chest. He fell asleep listening to the steady heart beat of his 'Iwa-Chan', a smile gracing his features.
