MATTHEW'S POV
"Yeah he is" I snap at Jared. I step in front of Jay in defense. I see Apollo, Mars, Alex, and Kat appear behind Jared. Which can only mean that this is not about to turn out well.
"Shut up fag ass" Jared snaps.
"What happened last time you called me that jock" I yell. He blushes at the memory.
"You caught me off gaurd" he says defensively.
"Jared just move and I won't kick your ass" I snap walking forward. Jared punches me in the stomach. I see Alex tense. I get to my feet.
"So you said you were gonna kick my ass" he says cockily.
I raise my fists. I swing and make contact with Jared's jaw.
"Stop it" screams Jay.
"Aww look Jay want to protect his little boyfriend" Jared says sarcastically. I kick his side. He groans. I see Alex laughing and kat clapping her hands. I laugh at the sight.
Jared gets up I pull my fist back but he raises his hands.
"Matthew don't trust him" Alex yells. I nod. I swing at Jared. He smirks.
"Wow the little faggot actually somewhat smart" he chuckles.
"Wow but the jocks not, shocker" I retort. He swings but misses. I laugh as he stumbles to regain balance. I kick him in the ass and he falls. I stand on his back and bend down next to his ear.
"Now listen to me you will leave Jay, Zach and everyone else you've ever been an asshole to alone until you graduate or else we will repeat this little conversation" I whisper. He nods blood flowing from his nose. I step off of him.
"Faggot" Jared mumbles. I sock him in the stomach and he crouches over.
"Let's go Jay" I say grabbing Jay's hand. He's crying now. Why the hell is he crying?
We walk off somewhere that no one else goes to talk to the guardians. I see Alex and I run and jump into his arms. I kiss him deeply.
"Hey guess what you guys get to do today" Alex says trying to make it sound fun.
"What" Jay and I ask simultaneously.
"You guys get to chose your divinities" Mars says flatly. Behind him are two men who I have no idea who they are.
"Hello I'm Michael. I'm the greatest archangel and gods right hand man. I'm here to take the one of you two, to Heaven" says the man in all white. I kinda expected him to be the angel.
"And I'm Cerberus. You can call me Cerb. Yes I'm the three headed hell hound out of Greek mythology. But I'm here to take one of you to Hell" say the man in the black suit. I expected him to be the demon.
"Okay then" Jay and I say simultaneously. again.
"Okay well you two ready" they ask simultaneously.
