MATTHEW POV
"Matthew...be careful..please. not for me but for Alex he cares about you way to much to lose you" Jay cries as I walk up to the doors of Lucifer's mansion.
"Don't worry I'll be fine. Just make sure that Kat is okay" I say lightly fight back tears of not only sadness but of fear, joy, and rage.
I enter. I tighten my grip on the dagger.
"Hello Matthew" A deep voice booms from the other side of the chair. That faces a fire.
"H-how do you know my name" I stutter. The voice gets up.
It belongs to a tall well built man with serpent like eyes.
"Why I know everything I mean hell I'm God's equivalent so that means that me and him.... are one in the same" he booms.
I get into a fighting position. He chuckles.
"WHAT'S SO FUNNY" I yell.
"The fact thatyou think that I am going to fight you. Well I'm not I'm going to let you kill me. But that's if you never want to see your father ever again" he says.
"Y-you know where my father is" I say fight back tears.
Wait why should I care. He's not my real father plus he abandoned me and cause my mother to become the abusive bitch she is now. I chuckle.
"What's so funny" he ask.
"The fact that you think I care about the man who left me" I reply throwing the knife at him.
Time seems to slow down as I watch the blade shine in the light of the fire as it soars through the air.
I hear him fall to the ground as the crimson blood flows out of the puncture hole where the dagger made its mark.
I walk out of the mansion. As I open the doors I see Cerberus. I think back to my plan if Cerberus dies then Kat and Alex will rule.
I walk towards him and with out second thought I stab him in the abdomen. I hear him gasp and I stay emotionless. I pull out the dagger. He drops to the floor.
" mission complete" I say. I teleport back t ok Heaven. It's over, the war.
I see alex and drop the blade as run to him. I jump into his arms and cry. I start to soak his white t-shirt with tears.
"It's okay it's all over now okay" he say calming me.
"He told me he knew where my dad was and that's when I kill him. Lucifer that is" I sob.
"Good job Matthew" says God as he walks up behind us. He picks up the blade.
"Thank you" I say wiping away tears.
