Chapter 20

MATTHEWS POV

"God where the heck are you. And why can't I cuss" I scream as I run around the large palace.

"You shouted for me" I hear gods voice. Something I never thought I would say.

"So I was wanting to ask you why me and Alex can't have an intimate relationship" I ask wiping around to see him.

"It's because he's dead and you weren't" he explains.

"And I am now" I ask.

"Yes well yes and no. You're half dead" he answers.

"Wait so now we can have one" I ask sounding like a hyperactive child in a candy shop.

"Yes. I mean sure we are angels but heck we like to have our fun" he says with a wink.

I scream and run back to the nursery where I had left Alex and Penelope. Dang was I happy I had a gay boyfriend otherwise if be scared cause she is pretty dang hot.

I get to the nursery to find Penelope sitting alone.

"Um where's Alex" I ask. she looks up at me with a smile.

"He went home" she says.

"You say that like I know where he lives" I say confused.

"I forgot you're new to all this" she says standing up in front of me. "Okay, now close your eyes. Focus on Alex. Clear your mind of everything but Alex." her voice cuts out and I open my eyes.

I'm in a different room now. The walls are white the lights blue a deep blue couch sits against the wall opposite of me and behind me is a large flat screen tv.

"Matthew how did you get here" I hear Apollo shout from behind me. He looks frantic and scared.

"Hey sorry I was trying to get to Alex's house" I apologize.

"This is his house I'm just over here most of the time" he explains.

"Oh okay where is he then" I ask. Apollo directs me towards Alex's room I hear the shower running. I walk in planning to scare him.

I walk into his room and dang is it a mess. I ignore the mess that is my boyfriends room and walk into his bathroom.

I see him my face turns bright red and I run out. I notice that Matthew junior has payed a visit. I groan. I hear Alex get out of the shower. Oh crap. What do I do. I freeze once the door opens and I see my boyfriend in just a towel. We both blush. I run out of his room embarrassed more than ever and sit on the couch. Oh god.

***************The next day****************

MATTHEWS POV

"Jay how did it go" I scream as so as I see him. I hug him then see Zach walking over here and kiss him I look over at Alex. He's frowning deeply. I see Jessie. Uh oh what am I gonna say she'll think I ditched. I start to panic as she get closer.

"What the hell where were you yesterday. I leave you with Zach then half way through first period a crying Zach walking I to the room and rumors are flying around the school that you beat the living hell out of Jared" she screams. I see Kat start to jump on edge ready to kill her.

'Its fine Kat" I speak to through our minds. She nods.

"I did beat Jared. He deserves it. And I was so mad that I left and my boyfriends went with me" I say proudly taking Jay's hand in mine.

"Wow ever since you found out you were adopted you've been a real dick Matt and I'm done with it. Come on Zach let's go" she spits. I feel my heart shatter but I keep a proud smile on my face.

Once she's gone I drop the smile along with Jay's hand. I turn to Alex and jump into his arms and start crying. He kisses my head. I look up at him.

"I love you Alex" I whisper kissing him deeply.
