" So explain to me why I can see you" I ask. " Not that I'm complaining " I mumble so Alex can't hear

" What was that last part" he ask.

" Nothing" I respond quickly

" Well anyways. I don't really know why you can see me unless you're dead" he explains

"Well I'm sure as fuck that I'm not dead" I respond confused

" Watch your language" he snaps

"What" I ask

"You're constantly cursing" he yells

"Okay okay " I throw up my hands "what's it like?"

"What do u mean" he questions puzzled.

" Heaven. What's it like" I ask

"Well the streets aren't gold they're silver along with anything else metal. The houses are big white buildings with light blue lilies hanging from balconies. And then high above everything else in Heaven is the temple in which God and his son Jesus live. I've never been inside only archangels are allowed in to the temple." he explains.

My jaw drops at the sound of how glorious it must be up there.

The door starts to unlock and Alex disappears and I stare at the spot in which he used to be in.

"What the hell are you staring at and I thought you said someone was in the house" she questions me.

"Nothing and it was just the dogs next door" I say slowly moving my head towards her direction .

"Mom you will never believe what just happened to me."

"What" she sounds annoyed again
" I saw my guardian angel" I explain.

" You're fucking kidding me. Matthew is it just me or do you just get stupider and stupider everyday" she laughs at me

" No I swear I saw him" I say trying to convince her. she starts to walk away.

" No mom. I'm not lying" I grab her hand and she smacks me across my face.
