Beau's POV

"You fucking bitch." I demand to Felicity instantly as Grace walks away. She goes to start as I stop her, I know if she's pregnant, if she's pregnant it's because she fucked one of the guys from the visiting team three months ago. I wanted to break up with her when she told me, and I know we haven't had sex in over five months and every time we did I used protection and never came inside of her. I'm not dumb enough to do that shit.

She doesn't even look pregnant and she's probably lying her ass off. With a fake test.

"No, don't start. You don't come into my relationship and you don't mess with the girl that I love over your slutty actions. Leave me alone and don't talk to Grace again. At least tell the dad because we both know it's not mine." I tell her as her face pales. I sprint leaving the field as I see Grace getting into my truck. She goes to lock the doors and hightail out of the parking lot as I stop her.

"Nope." I tell her opening the doors as she cries into her hands wiping her tears.

"It's not mine Grace." I tell her as she tries to move away from me. I stop her before she can and grab her thighs as I bring her to my lap. I sit her down on my lap before grabbing her face in my hands.

"I have not had sex with her in five months Grace. Not once, when we were together she slept with the guys from a visitors team around three months ago. Grace I don't even believe her, she can't be. Not mine at least you saw the condoms and I never finished in her. Grace believe me when I tell you it's not mine! I didn't even have sex with her months ago not even the month before I met you." I tell her as she covers her face.

"Do you trust me or her more?" I ask grabbing her hands away from her face.

"You" she tells me as I nod. "Then you know I wouldn't lie to you about this." I tell her as she nods. She wipes her tears as she grabs my hands.

"Beau she never wants to stop. Now this?" She asks as I sigh. "It's done, I'm serious. If she says anything to you walk away. Be a bitch, kick her I don't care." I tell her as she nods.

"You promise?" She asks as I laugh. I reach up and wipe her tears as I kiss the side of her cheek. "Promise" I whisper into her hair as I wipe all of her tears off.

"Now that he nights ruined I guess so is my surprise." I tell her as she sighs. "It's not. What's the surprise?" She asks as she looks at the roses next to us.

"These." I tell her opening my glove compartment and pulling out her grandmother and grandfather's wedding bands hiding them in my hand. She doesn't know I have them and he grandma told to give them to her when I was ready and I'm ready now.

"Beau what?" She asks immediately trying to pry my hands open as I pull them away. "Nope, wait." I demand as she sighs and rubs my thighs.

"Please honey?" she asks making me smile and open my hand. When she looks down at them her whole mouth drops. I know she misses her grandmother, she goes to her graveside everyday.

"The night of our first date, your grandma gave me these and told me to use them as promise rings when I was ready. I thought you could wear them on your necklace chain or you could wear it on the opposite side of your ring finger. Whatever you want to do, but I know I want to be with you Grace. And I'm promising you that I'll still keep loving you and only you and that I'll try anything to make this work because I love you." I tell her as her tears start again.

"Beau" she manages to whisper out as she grabs them both into her hands and twists them between her fingers. She slips it onto her finger as she cries harder, "My hands look like hers used to" she tells me as she wipes her tears. She slips it off before pulling her hair from her neck and turning for me to unclasp her necklace. She slips it off before putting the rings on it and sticking it back around her neck as she holds both of them near her heart.
