Alucard x OC (PAUSED)

Chapter 18

--------------------------3rd Person-----------------------------

Another day of training. Breakfast already went by and now everyone was outside again. The humans both used swords again and Taka went straight for Raven whilst Sumi went for Alucard.

Taka attacked Alucard but Alucard kept deflecting the attack as if it was nothing. Sumi however, is great with a blade. It is her weapon of choice while Taka used a bow and arrows for his preferred weapon. Sumi did jumps and flips while attacking Raven but this left a lot of open spots for Raven to attack. This time she didn't want to attack, just defend for a bit. Raven had her sword push Sumi's sword away, then crossing them leave the two in a stalemate.

Sumi pushed herself away and went for Alucard and Taka went to Raven.  Only for them both to find themselves in the same situation, not being able to hit the vampires. 

"Ugh...why are your swords so long? I can't get close to you!" Sumi complained. 

"Oh? You want to get close?" Alucard asked. 

Sumi went for the attack again and Alucard let her get closer and led her into another stalemate, the same one where she was with Raven previously. Only this time Alucard showed his fangs and hissed at her which caused her to freeze. Her sword flung away from her. 

Taka on the other hand did try his best with Raven but he kept on failing. She had swept his legs 3 times in a row. But when Taka saw that Sumi froze up, he quickly went to Alucard...tried to at least. Raven pulled him back and swung her sword causing his to go flying. 

Sumi regained her strength and kicked Alucards legs causing them to fall. Taka and Raven decided to get closer and lay down next to them. They all laughed. Training is so stressful and serious, getting the chance to take a short break and laugh was nice.

Raven rolled and stared at the humans. 

"Ah, you both have now been eaten by vampires." She said. 

"Oh no no no, we captured them both and made them our slaves." Sumi said. 

"Agreed. Make lunch now." Taka said.

"It is nice to be like humans." Raven said. 

"Yeah and this human can go for some lunch right now." Sumi said.

"Alright. Fine. After that show us how you both attack from a distance." Alucard said. 

"Now slave, carry me to the castle." Sumi joked. 

Alucard held her on his back while Taka stood next to Raven. 

"After that?" Taka questioned. 

Raven looked at him and poked his cheek. 

"After we will look in the armory and see what fits you both weapon-wise." Raven said.

"And then we may talk about civil combat spell casting but first I must magic you greedy children lunch." Alucard chimed in. 

Alucard and Raven walked side by side into the castle. While Taka looked at Sumi. Seeing how he wasn't moving he quickly caught up to them. Sumi and Taka looking at one another. Raven had grabbed Alucard's and her own swords while Taka carried the training swords.

As Raven looked before she remembered her two other friends. Trevor and Sypha. She wondered what they were doing. How they were doing? And if they missed her and Alucard. Unaware that currently those two were speaking to St. Germain.

Both Alucard and Raven dropped off everything Alucard retrieved two baskets once again to go and get things for lunch. Raven brought a hand to her head, Alucard quick to notice. 

"Are you alright, darling?" Alucard asked. 

"Ugh... yes just a dizzy spell...heh. I'm sure lunch can fix it." Raven said.

"If it is what I think it is, then go to the cellar where we store blood. I'll get lunch ready." Alucard said.

Raven nodded and began to walk into the castle and into the cellar. She drank not one but two full bottles of blood. This did not stop her headache. Alucard on the other hand was busy retrieving fish and tomatoes. Lunch would be a simple fish sandwich with vegetables. Healthy and enough nutrients for his darling.

 'Darling...why was she only his darling? He loved her more then anything. Why not call her his wife? Oh...because it is too soon. He did not want to scare her off.' Alucard thought. 

Alucard went back to the castle and into the kitchen. Sumi and Taka sat in the chairs...no sign of Raven. 

"Where is my wi--where is Raven?" Alucard slipped up. 

"Oh we don't know." Taka said. 

Speak of the woman she entered the kitchen. She sat down and stared at the wall. 

"It did nothing? Try another bottle." Alucard cooed, massaged her head. 

"I had two...it did nothing." She said. 

Raven sat up and walked behind Sumi. Alucard went to making the food. He wanted to fix it. Raven began to play with Sumi's hair. 

"That feels nice Raven." Sumi giggled. 

Raven smiled and began to make a braid in her hair. A tight one so that it would not move. She then went to Taka and began to make a tight braid on him as well. 

"Thank you Raven." Taka said

"mhm think of this as a symbol of us. Three strands for us. I will make my own in a moment." Raven said. 

"Oh? What about me?" Alucard appeared behind Raven. 

"Think about your own symbol with them." Raven giggled. 

"no need." Alucard said. 

He grabbed the plates that held their food and placed them in front of them. Raven noticed that there was no drinks on the table, she went to get up but was forcibly sat back down by Alucard. Alucard brought out the glasses, this time filled with water. As they ate they spoke about silly things. Alucard also kept an eye on Raven, he noticed that she was looking better. Good. He then looked at Sumi and Taka and they looked happy. 

Time went on and they were back outside and training again. This time Sumi was sweating more quickly and panting more. Raven was ruthless, she was going quicker and harder. Sumi tried to figure her out and looked at her eyes. It was as if she wasn't here. 

"Huff...Raven I'm done. time out." Sumi said.

Raven still rushed in and stopped last second. Sumi and Raven had their faces close to each other, nose touching. 

"Go train with the boys. I can't train you for the rest of the day. I am not doing all that well." Raven said. 

"What's wrong?" Sumi asked

"I'm having headaches for some reason." Raven told her.

"Is it because you need blood?"

"No. I had some today. I thought that maybe that was it as well but no."

"Perhaps you are sick."

"ha! vampires do not get sick"

"maybe you are pregn--"

"No! I'm only having headache's nothing else."

"Then I do not know. Has this happened before?"

Raven looked at Sumi seriously. "No"

Sumi went with the boys. 

"Where is Raven going?" Alucard asked. 

"Library!" Raven shouted. 

"Which one?" He asked

Raven pointed to a window in the castle. "There."

Sumi began to train with Alucard and Taka. Raven went to the library. Dracula had extensive knowledge so perhaps there was something here that would tell Raven what was going on.
