Hey everyone! Sorry I went from posting like everyday to this gap, I just got a new job and got a bit caught up with the hours and training and blah blah blah..

Now, where were we?... 😉☺️

I decided to have an early night that night, too much had gone on and my head was everywhere. Tomorrow was the day I would hope Donna had found out who really stabbed David and I could get the plan in motion, Ace and Eyeball lives depended on it. They depended on us. Wow, now there's something I never thought would happen.

Then there was my parents, they'd never understand the feeling I had for Ace. The way he made me feel in danger but completely safe all at the same time.

My mind began racing with moments we'd shared.

That first time I met him outside the diner, how we almost touched.

Seeing him at the drag race, the way he got so aggressive with Steven, and told his boys to make sure no-one touched me. The way he held me after almost hitting me, haha now that's a story for grandkids.

How he let me stay at his that night, telling his friends I was just a pawn to get one up on the guys from up here, he was going to be my Mr Wrong before Mr Right.

Mr Wrong.

Mr Right.

Hmm.

Surely it's not possible for a guy to be both?

My mind went to the thought of lying on him that next morning. How we'd been so close to kissing if it wasn't for Eyeball waking up and sticking his oar in. Oh Eyeball, you silly boy.

I thought of Chris. His baby brother. So innocent. Clearly from a bad family and about to lose one. Forever.

I awoke half off the bed to hearing talking downstairs. I grumbled as I sat up and looked around. Spotting my dressing gown slumped over the end of the bed I quickly got up and got undressed. I enveloped myself in the robe before slowly making my way downstairs to see my parents were just heading out the front door. My mother took one look at me and walked out, without a saying a word. My father watched as she walked off before turning to me.

"Donna is in the kitchen for you. We'll be home later." And with that he just walked out, shutting the door.

Just as I sighed and turned around I was attacked with a hug.

"What the hell Donna?!"

"I did it!"

I shook my head in disbelief. "What the hell?! How?! Who? What? Where? What?"

She slammed her finger over my lips before shaking her head.

"Don't ask how I know or how I got such information but he's out in the car waiting for us, for a nice little dinner date to blue point."

I paused. "But I haven't even told the boys yet?"

She shrugged slightly. "So what? Castle Rocks not a huge place, you excuse yourself and go get them and then boom, we'll figure it out."

I nodded slowly and looked down at my robe.

"Let me shower first then-"  again, she put her finger on my lips.

"Yeah sure you go shower, take your time while the guy who actually killed David is sat outside ready to be caught and I'll just tell Ace you took your time because you had to shower.."

Before I could reply she spoke again. "Actually come to think of it, he might like that image while he's alone in a jail cell.." her voice trailed off.

We both laughed as I shoved her gently. "Donna stop!"

She continued laughing and shook her head. "I would if I could but I just can't. I'm sure the thought of you naked in a shower will be of much pleasure to Mr Merrill and-"

Now it was my turn. I put my hand over her mouth still laughing.

"Okay okay I'll just put clothes on."  I said as I removed my hand and began walking up the stairs.

"Then again, the thought of you even being in a robe like that with nothing on might also please him!" I heard Donna shout up laughing still.

I shook my head in disgust but still laughed to myself as I quickly slipped the robe off and found some clean underwear and a little strap red dress that came to my knees. I slipped it all on, along with a pair of my black flats before tying my hair up with a black bandana. And with that I headed off downstairs to where Donna was still giggling to herself about her previous comments.

I laughed with her as we headed out and I saw the car parked outside. With the guy. My laughing stopped. I stopped. Donna gripped my arm.

"I know it's unpleasant. Believe me. But remember the plan.  He can't know we know. Not yet."

I turned to Donna slightly.

"But of all the people?!" I whisper shouted at her.

"Just think. Doing this will wipe the permanent smirk right off his face."

I turned back and saw the worst human being I could pick to be sat in the car.

"Steven..." I mumbled through gritted teeth.

Donna slowly began pulling me towards the car.

"Shell you just need to remember one thing."

We reached the car and she opened the back door for me.

"One little thing will get you through this." She whispered.

I climbed in and soon she was sat in the back with me, she chatted away with Steven but I was so zoned out I couldn't understand. The car drove off after he gave me a smile. I shuddered inwards as I felt a hand on my lap. I looked down and saw Donna's hand take mine. I looked up at her as she mouthed 4 small words that gave me all the strength I needed to get through this.

"Do it for Ace."

Well god dammit!!

Who saw that coming?!

I knew Steven was dirty.

I have a few days off work now so I shall be working on getting more parts out ASAP!
