The Angel looked at me.

"Yes I am fine but, what about you. I hope I didn't hurt you." The angel asked.

"Don't worry about it Charlotte. Your aura healed him. Right?" I nodded.

The Angel bowed. "Lady Aegis. I am so glad you're alright."

She looked at me. "You are her contractor. You are treating her right, I hope?"

"I am sorry. I shouldn't be talking like that to the person who saved me." I shook my head.

"Its fine just think of me as a random person you met. Besides you were just worried about Aegis's safety." The angel put her hands together and laughed.

"That's a first, 'just a random persona you met' you say. You're a strange one, but interesting. I insist that I come with you." I scratched my head.

"I am grateful for your offer to lend me your strength but I already have 2 Angels it seems and a Demon. Wouldn't it be dangerous for you to form a contract with me?" Before either of us could act a chain appeared and wrapped itself around Charlotte.

"So you don't notice it?" She said with a sly smile.

The Angel was pulled into my right hand. The symbol on my hand changed and stretched up to my wrist. I rubbed my neck.

"It can do that as well?! That's absurd this didn't occur before. Did this happen that day as well? But why is it starting to do it now", I asked myself.

"Don't worry about Charlotte. She is happy you ended up taking her offer but is a bit upset about the way you did it." I shook my head and got up.

I jumped over the gate and walked past Julie.

"Aren't you going to give me an explanation about what just happened?" Julie asked.

"Nope. Now let's go. I really don't want to late." I said as I continued walking away.

"But didn't you say you were going to cook some food for me." Asurmaru said.

"You said you were going to think about." I reminded her.

"Yes and I made my decision. I want to have meat."

"I'll have to buy the ingredients. Maybe I should make some for them as well. Maybe it'll ease the blow from her." I said while trying to decide what I was going to make

"Okay. I got an idea on how I should do this. You guys go ahead of me." I looked at Aegis.

"You know what you have to do when you get there right? You tell him that and you'll be good." Aegis nodded.

We headed in different directions. I wandered around the town looking for ingredients. I got lost a few time but eventually found my way again each time. As soon as I got everything I needed and headed back to the house. I wanted to stay in the house and take a nap. I shook my head and started preparing the meat. After all that I created utensils since I couldn't find any. I made them out of a broken metal fence I found. After they took shape I cleaned them. After the meat finished, I created something to hold everything and put it in my pouch. I wiped my forehead.

"Stop...accept..." Spoke a voice in my head.

It sounded like the same one from when I last saw Keandra.

"What do you want from me?" I asked and waited but there was no reply.

"What do you want from me?!" I repeated but still no reply.

I shook my head. I took a deep breath and started running, towards a big area where there was a bunch of people gathered. There was a guy with light brown hair and blue eyes standing in the trees staring at me. I walked up to him, while waving.
