I thought about staying and telling Negan to leave my wife alone she doesn't need him looking after her, but then I remember that I made this choice and she's just acting accordingly. At least she wants to talk tomorrow about Darla, I want the kids to meet her they are her brothers and sisters after all. I waited what felt like forever until Negan left the house.

"So what are you planning?"

"Daryl just go to your new house. Leave Sam alone unless you want her."

"I could say the same thing about you. I know you like Samantha you always have. So you're trying to steal my wife away from her family."

"I'd never make her choose between you and me or her family I love those kids of yours.

"Exactly they're my kids and my wife."

"Well, you need to be in there with her. She shouldn't have to be crying about you. You should never make the person you're supposed to love cry and you've done that. Also you can't tell me not to be friends with her you kicked her to the curb she needs all the friends she can get."

"As long as that's all you are. I'm keeping my eyes on you and her."

"Maybe I should keep my eyes on you and that new woman."

I watched Negan leave and I head to Carol's I need to think what am I going to do with my life.

"Hey Daryl."

"Carol." I go to go upstairs but Carol taps the seat beside her. "What's up?"

"So how was it telling Sam about the new members of your family?"

"She wasn't interested she was more interested in her dinner getting cold than talking to me but she said we'll talk tomorrow."

"She's obviously upset. I understand you left her Daryl. Did you really think everything would be okay she loves you."

"That's just it I want to love her she is my wife and those are my kids I hate not remembering them." I didn't expect it but I started crying I haven't cried since all this started. Carol wrapped me in her arms.

"Things will work out in the end. Maybe you need to arrange a picnic for you both and the kids maybe Leah and Darla could go too so you could all meet on neutral territory."

"I like that but would Leah and Samantha want to meet I mean I have slept with each of them."

"Does Leah understand you're still married unless you're giving up on your marriage and family. You sure you don't want me to knock you out to get your memory back?"

"I'd probably forget everything since I met you guys. Though sometimes it would be good to just forget shit that happened. I just want to remember my kids names."

"Well, you have Quinn your son the oldest, then Shawna she's your eldest daughter well not anymore as Darla is probably older just, then you've got the first set of twins Winter and Willow and your newest babies Rick and Abigail. I can put a note on the fridge to remind you."

"I still can't believe that I have so many kids can you believe that? I can't believe I got married but I married a nice woman right?"

"Sam is nice enough except when she's in a mood so be careful of that."

"So she's got a mood let's hope she's okay when they meet. I've had a big day I became a father again. Can't believe I'm a dad of seven can you believe that."
