I was at the library doing my assignment while Zoe was busy with her duties as head prefect and all, and Trevor was no help he was chilling next to me with his phone,

Him: “do you think that things will settle down between Zoe and Sindy ? “
He places his phone aside and looked at me
Me: “ I’m busy Trey and I told you angizngeni , “
He laughed and I could see that he was distracting me on purpose,
apparently Trey questioned Sindy about Saturday’s event and the way she was all over Zweli in front of Zoe and miss Colored girl just lost it,

Zoe: “ Sindy wenzeni? “
Sindy: “it's not what you think Zoe I was drunk and it just happened “
Zoe: “ but he is my brother, I thought you are my friend how could you ??? “
Zoe was shouting
Sindy: “ I told you I was drunk, how mfethu besides the fact that he's your brother those not make him less of a man, I saw a guy mina, not your brother, why you making this a big deal ?” sindy was getting really annoyed at Zoe's attitude now
Zoe: “ sisi are you even listening to yourself, my brother has a girlfriend and he was just using you, why did you allow that ?“
Sindy: “ I’m old enough to make my own decisions, besides its takes two to tango, I don’t regret it. and where was his girlfriend when I was with him, come-on Zoe don’t act like Zwelis Mother, we only had fun, so take a chill pill please nxa “

Sindy left and Zoe was so pissed and since Monday thing was sourer
between the two, and me and Trey, we just stood there while the two were arguing and knowing Zoe she will never apologize to Sindy,

Trevor:” but nawe you you should have talked to Zoe “

I looked at him, like why me? , why didn’t he say something
Me: “ she is too moody this day and I don’t want to be her punching bag, she will come around hopefully"
Him: “ besides the Sindy thing what else is bugging her ? “
Me: “ just family problems that what she said, she did not say much, but her boyfriend is in town so we hardly have time to talk,”
Come to think of it something is really off with Zoe she just isolating her self from us and I don’t know if I should talk to her or allow her to come to me when she is ready to talk.

Things just went from bad to worse, Zweli left me at his flat on Saturday and came back at night at almost 21:00 , I could not face my parents then so I had to go AWOL and the man that I claim to be my boyfriend came back very moody
he just ignored the fact that I’m in his room, he asked me if I’m hungry and he ordered food without waiting for my response and went straight to shower when he came out I was under covers

Him: “ you not going home today “ he took his phone and typed something, Like really, I’m a teenager leaving with parents I do not come and go as I please at my father's house, what explanation will I have come at this hour

Me: “it's late, and I have asked my sister to cover up for me, “
Him: “ooh but, I have to be somewhere right now, so can I drop you somewhere? “
He did not even look at me and took out clothes to wear, Yaa ne talk about being used, I woke up and since I had nowhere to go I had
to go back home and face my parents, well I got a good beating from my father and I will not wear clothes that will display my legs for a while since my,
legs were lashed with sjambok marks, I was depressed and pissed I thought, Zweli was different but he was a real asshole, I got a beating because of him and he did not even ask me for my cell phone number, and Zoe is judging me like for real can life get any better, and my so cold friends are taking her side so my life just turned out to be tornado nje, I can not even play ball, fuck you zweli...

[Zoe ]

I was having a women to women talk with my aunt after I came back from Langa’s place on Sunday evening,when my Aunt called me I was so afraid that she wanted to question me about the day's event “ conflict between Lang and my Father” but it was not that. my Aunt told me Langa’s family were
coming to my house to pay for damages and some other rituals that need to be conducted. The twisted part was that since I was caring a Dlamini child will need to perform a cleansing ceremony also

Me: “ but why, I’m not even married to the guy nje “
Aunt: “ but bazo hlawula sisi and they claiming ithambo labo “
I did not like this at all, but I guess I was clueless when it comes to tradition, I agreed to everything besides I trusted Langa. So since my Father was not going to be involved or not even willing to participate, my Aunt had to ask
strangers to step in, it was all good I would not want my father anywhere close to me after the stunt he pulled he showed me that he will hate me till he dies and to be frank I really don't care anymore.

On the other hand, School just dragged another ball of stress on Monday morning when I realized that Sindy “miss goody two shoes” flaunted her ass to my brother and was not apologetic about it, I
almost strangled the girl, its been 3 days now and I don’t even talk to her,
Trevor has tried to be the mediator between me and her, but how can I even look at her, I just need time away from her away from everyone, one minute I’m leaving my life as a carefree teenager the next drama from friends and the man I love just confessed that he wants to marry me, and my bridal price will
be paid on Saturday, I’m just too stressed ….
Life is not a fun ride when you do not have a seat belt on
